I've said it before and I will say it again: in case of a two-legged knock-out round, people generally tend to be quite optimstic if their team lose 1-0 in the away leg. "The deficit is only one goal," is what you will normally hear.

I have always disagreed. A 1-0 defeat in the away game is a shit result. Very, very dangerous indeed. You will have to attack at home, but at the same time you will have to keep in mind that goals you concede are actually of much more importance. In other words: concede one goal and you're fucked. I don't think Ajax will score three goals on Sunday, so keeping a clean sheet will be absolutely crucial.

Very tricky. I think Heerenveen will be very pleased with their 1-0 win.

Let's hope that the team are in a positive frame of mind; I'm sure that the two characters above will help!

ATTACK, SCORE and Heerenveen will have to leave some space to get their away goal.

The bookmakers are only offering odds of 10/1 on Ajax winning 3-1. Bloody mean if you ask me!!

I'm gonna go for a straight 2-0, with a "beer" bet of 4-2!

And personnaly I'm still not overly optimistic... I know I'm not the only one but I have a bad feeling about those play-offs since I think that we would play them -> since December as I had no illusions at the time... I was wrong in a way so hopefully I will be wrong again. I was even afraid of Feyenoord and Heerenveen is way more dangerous, as they showed on wednesday....

Anyway, I'm going to (try to) watch this game. Until now, the only few games I saw at the ArenA finished by a victory with a 3 goals margin. I couln't get a ticket for Ajax - Heerenveen in March and that was the only game Ajax lost in the ArenA this year... Let's see if I'm the "positive factor" ! :00001757.gif:

and curling the ball beyond the keeper for the 2:0

Huntelaar's goal started with a clearance from Stek .. KJH headed on to Sneijder who shot on goal ... keeper could only push the shot into the path of KJH
