Well... we can all relax a little bit now --whew! I was getting more and more nervous by the minute. When you miss so many close ones it seems like the other team always comes backl to bite you. Not today , though!

Tidy, a nice 2 - 0 win over the nemesis...shouldve put the other chances away but at least we kept a clean sheet, and for once it wasnt us that got the red card. For me Kennedy and Anita, werent amazing, the defense was relatively solid, Steks had fuck all to do bascially, Suarez got frustrated, Sulejmani again was pointless, Urby and Leo did really well especially Leo.

That second half was pretty good, and totally shows what can happen when a team like Ajax backs itself and plays with a little verve.

The two best players for me were Urby and Leo. Leo's presence in the second half made the difference. Suarez was his normal brilliantly frustrating self. Defense was sound for the most part. Kennedy was so-so and Anita is, uhm, still learning.

Unlucky we didn't win by more, but it's great to end the losing skid.

What a relief when that 2nd went in. I thought it was 4 hit posts and I also thought we could have had a penalty at the start of the 2nd when Leo put Suarez through and he looked to have had his shirt pulled .

Leo was good when he came on and Urby a good game. Defence was solid.

It was four, according to the telecast I watched.

Suarez had one really good penalty shout turned down, and another one that appeared pretty legit denied as well. His reputation is working against him.
