Well for what its worth ESPN 2 Latin America will show almost every PSV game due too the fact that they have Salcido in the team. That means i can at least catch both of Ajax-PSV and other clasics like next week F-word vs PSV. The rest is just rubbish although i can still watch and root for the other team every time I see a game.
Watching Ajax through internet streams arent so bad though, you do get an eye sore every now and then but its better than nothing. :yes: ;)

FYI, Setanta North America will show PSV - Feijenoord on Monday. No other eredivisie matches on their schedule for this weekend as far as I can see.

Found out the problem ............... the stream is for North America :D
Watched the delayed coverage at 11pm UK time/12am CET.

Point to schedules and click on Setanta Sports. Setanta shows one delayed Dutch match per week ....... also has a one hour highlights show.

The narrow screen problem that occurs in some versions of media player can be solved by: select tools-> click options -> click devices -> double click display -> change horizontal pixels per vertical pixel to 0.5 and click on OK.

Remember to change the horizontal pixels per vertical pixels back to 1.0 after viewing Setanta sports.

So this must be what they call globalisation? Sitting at home watching live football 100 miles or so up the road, on a TV station from 1/2 way round the world....

Setanta's UK coverage has improved this week btw. The Ajax NEC game which I taped yesterday lunchtime (and will watch in full tonight :cheer: ) had Frank Stepleton and some other guy who actually seemed to know about Eredivisie commentating - previously the commentators were from the SPL coverage, good at what they do but Eredivisie was obviously an afterthought.

An example is that during to the NAC game where they had the minutes silence at the start, they went through all the spiel about how well observed it was but didn't even flinch that they obviously had no idea who or what it was for....!

The weekly highlights show has been tidied up as well and looks like a proper show in it's own right (as opposed to an edited Talpa programme without the summarisers - which it is).

Anyway, I'm far from moaning - this is great, 3 full Ajax games so far - all wins and the website still promises 40 live Eredivisie games so I hope that there is better to come.

I watched the coverage last night whilst tucked up in my bed :D Rubbish game except for the first quarter hour and those two strikes from KP. That first goal gets better and better with each viewing :headbang:

I will have to rely on the highlights show on Setanta next week for my full Eredivise fix ... will be away from home at the weekend ........ so, nice to read the show is a good one.

I've just got Setanta Sports 1 through NTL cable TV (You can't get Setanta Sport 2 on NTL and I didn't want Celtic/Rangers or NASN TV).

The 40 live matches thing is on the banner advert at the top/right hand side of the page - it alternates between advertising French/German/Italian/Portuguese/SPL or Eredivisie games....

Perez's goal was a cracker wasn't it! I've just watched the Eredivisie highlights (11pm start :au: !) - first time I've seen it as I haven't got round to watching the full game yet.

Ajax - Groningen looks like it will be streaming on GoalTV2 (PPStream/TVAnts), does anyone know what the quality of the stream on that server is usually like?

TV ants is usually pretty good, compared to other programs... No buffering should be expected with a decent broadband connection!

For Goal TV 2 PPStream is way better than TV Ants. I've heard that the channel went offline on PPStream some weeks ago dont know if its back online if not we will have to cross fingers the Tv ants signal doesent suck.

I thought ppstream was full of spyware.

Voetbalinbeeld list the game as being available on sipstv/caifu sports.
They recommend downloading ppmate. I have done so and it plays extremely well.

I would recommend this software, however you should first download
-a-squared free spyware scanner this will enable you to quarantine a medium risk adware file which is included with ppmate.

The 'infected' component is the uninstaller routine.


The uninstaller component must be moved to a file of its own prior to using a-squared to quarantine it. If you don't do this you will quarantine PPMate and thus not be able to use the software.

To locate the infected file: click on Start on your toolbar -> click on Run ->
then type the following in the window available: c:\program files\PPMate
-> then click on ok.


open the said file and left click on the uninstaller component -> select move .... opt to move the component to mydocuments or desktop.
create a folder for the infected component an move it to the folder.
scan with a-squared an opt to quarantine.

you can choose to save uninstaller routine to floppy disc or cd for safe keeping in the event that you require to remove ppmate from your computer.

Good new for Setanta Sport North America subscribers. Setanta claims that they will be showing the 010-Ajax match on a same-day basis. Here's what their schedule says:

I think this is a pretty safe bet. It's on my DirecTV on-screen programming, and so far, that has been 100% accurate vis a vis Setanta broadcasts.
