Germany was close but I was really sweating over the Czechs. Really good day as I also had 2 nice wins at haydock in the 13:45 and 14:15 races.

Aren't multi-team parlays generally considered -ev? I'm not much of a sports bettor, but that has always been my understanding. Can one of you experienced punters explain?

Yeh - better today after losing on the 2.05 at York yesterday and biggest shock - losing with Gretna. The ravens will be leaving the Tower of London next.

"-ev" is just another way of saying "a losing proposition over the long term." EV stands for "expected value," so a bad bet is "-ev" and a good bet is "+ev." It is a term used by poker players.
