First defeat suffered, but hey: you can't win all 34 of 'em, can you?
Next league game! Ajax vs NEC!

So, we've had three shit games in a row now. Only one was lost, simply because in the other two the opponents were IK Start and Young RKC Waalwijk, with all due respect.
It's about bloody time for a good performance at home, I would say. NEC are 17th and have only one point, so I demand a good performance and a few goals, plain simple.

It's down to education! They want to learn - they do - they succeed.
Many English "women" have "the baby", get "the flat", live offf "the state" and couldn't give a toss, either about themselves, their kids or their lives!!!

I think you're meeting the wrong people SaddlerIan. None of the women I know are like that and certainly not more so than anywhere else. Last time I was in France/Sweden/Belgium/Spain and certainly our beloved Amsterdam I saw just as many people apparently without much to live for. Perhaps that's just me though eh but maybe if this great country of ours offered ordinary working class people just that bit more to aspire to at times there wouldn't be so many who don't give "a toss".
Food for thought? Anyway, back to the serious stuff, I thought the real answer to Ko's question was regards the number of blondes in Scandinavia. :cheer:

Probably because they DO have something special to live for in Scandinavia, would be the answer to M's question! If I knew what it was, I'd be there!

But, Hey! Let's get back to the football! We need a "GOOD" win this weekend to keep the moral up! Last Eredivisie I saw was 5-0; Last match was 3-0; A win is forecast...and that's what we'll get!! Sod the score...just give us the points!

Match Report
Match report is up on Ajax USA, folks...
http://www.ajax-usa.com/matches/m06-07/ ... c-2-0.html
No pictures just yet. Jim will add those to the report when he's ready for it - and he will be ready for it after the Setanta broadcast of the game (right now he doesn't want to know the result, see).

About Rosales...
I didn't think he was that bad today. He had some shit crosses, but also a few very good ones (although nothing happened with 'em) and I thought he was one of the very few Ajax players with a certain drive. He worked quite hard and constantly asked for the ball and took initiative.
6 out of 10, I would say. Which is not great, but better than - for example - Gabri and Huntelaar, whom I would rate 5 (or even 4) out of 10 today.
The best men on the pitch were, in my opinion:
1. Urby
2. Perez
3. Babel/Sneijder
