Fucking Espn is going to have F-word again. :nooo: Espn does not show saturday games.Kowalczyk schreef:Just curious...
Will you non-Dutchies be able to watch PSV vs AZ on Saturday evening? Should be a cracker, and the result can never be bad for Ajax... That game should be available somewhere...

I must try and stop being pedantic but 5 red cards for either team would mean the referee is forced to abandon the game. (it happened in England a few years back - can't remember which team)philippe schreef:I would not watch this. I hope for a 0-0 score with 5 red cards on each side.

Sheff Utd V West Brom SE6.United had three players sent off & having used all their substitutes,Warnock the United manager, forced a player to claim he was injured & could no longer continue. This forced the Ref to abandon the game as United only had 7 players, funny they were losing at the time !!!.A good example as to why Neil Warnock is hated by many people in this country,& there are other reasons. :redcard:

I'm no particular fan but the fact is that most of those who hate him would just love to have someone even half as committed playing for or managing their team - he is a Sheffield United fan as well though.English Eagle schreef:A good example as to why Neil Warnock is hated by many people in this country,& there are other reasons. :redcard:

He also took my "other team", Notts County, from the 4th division to the first, and also stoped Nottingham Forest from getting promoted in the play-offs twice with Sheffield United.....so in my eyes he can't do much wrong.English Eagle schreef:I agree 100 % SE6,he isnt my cup of tea but he loves his club & shows it with a passion.

F-Word are 0-2 up at Willem II at half-time. PSV and AZ won their games yesterday. The gap is getting ENOOOORMOUS.
Ironically, those damned play-offs may well be our only chance to qualify for the Champions League... But (even more ironically...) we're currently 6th, so we would actually qualify for the second play-off competition (number 6, 7, 8 and 9), in which one UEFA Cup slot is at stake...

I don't want to say badly about dead person, but I wonder how is it possible, that young and athletic players die? Maybe it's all about forbiden specifics? I don't accusing him (them) of taking drugs or anything like that, but there is a lot of sudden deaths last few years...

Good point. There will be an investigation on this subject. I wouldn't be surprised if some people in Utrecht are very nervous right now.AsgAarD_xxx schreef:I don't want to say badly about dead person, but I wonder how is it possible, that young and athletic players die? As for the guy's family(his wife is pregnant?), condolances and respect to them.

He may have been a victim of Sudden Death Syndrome. SDS is the term used for sudden and unexpected fatal cardiac arrest in otherwise young healthy people.
Atheletes , such as di Tomasso , are more at risk ; being a participant in sporting activity can exacerbate an underlieing condition leading to heart attack.
