A fine win tonight 3-2 against 2nd place team . V d Pavert with an OG left it 1-0 at HT but Kaplan and Bounida(again) early in the 2nd half made it 2-1, but they soon pulled it back to 2-2 and I thought we will lose but Vink on 81 got the winner.

Janse and Steur ,both going to Belgium, were subbed at HT by Jetten and Konadu.Bounida got 60 mins ,Vink sub and later on Kalokoh and Ugwu for V d Pavert and Rijkhoff.

We seem to do better against the top sides and lose to those near the bottom.Excelsior should get promoted so tonight was a really good win.

A narrow 1-0 defeat , goal on 57 although Reverson saved a penalty in the 1st half. Only 3 subs Bounida replaced Steur at Ht so our best 2 MF got 45 mins each .Vink for Konadu and Boerhout for Verkuijl the others.

Not counting the long term injured V A Dongen and Mokio who is now a 1st teamer thats about the strongest lineup we can field.

Finished 1-1 a decent draw as Cambuur are in the top half.Ugwu on 55 and they scored soon after. Chourak for Konadu at Ht,with Vink,Kalokoh and v d Pavert for Steur, Bounida and Jetten.(Steur and Bounida still played 75 mins).

Away to Jong Utrecht and usually our Jong struggle against the other 3 Jong sides.Hope for a win tonight but Verschuren,Janse,Steur and Konadu are missing with the 1st.

Johnson 1st start, has played CD rather than DMF in the last few months for U19. He and V d Pavert are not at the level of Verschuren and Janse but Jong Utrecht are the weakest team in the league( Vitesse below but due to points deduction)

2-1 win although Utrecht had a man sent off in 2nd half. 1st half goals by Brandes and Bounida, a beautiful free kick , put us ahead and with 10 against seemed an easy win but they scored on 89 but we held on for the win.

Subs,Chahid for Chourak on 15mins due to injury,Vink for Speksnijder at Ht and in 2nd half Wolff and Jermoumi both fit again for Bounida and V d Pavert ,Verkuijl for Jetten

The few times I've seen him this year he looks taller and stronger than during the Futures Cup last spring. Maybe he really is a CD.

Lost 2-0 goals on 68 and 88 but Ugwu got a red card on 27 so we played with 10 men for a long time. V d Pavert came on for Kolokoh soon after the red, Brandes and Vink for Bounida and Rijkhoff at Ht .Jermoumi and Messori his 1st game ,a winger come MF for Jetten and Johnson later on when it was still 1-0 but that of course weakened the defence

Lost 1-0 to a 70th min goal. 2nd half subs ued Kolokoh,Wolff,Chahid,Brandes and Butera making his debut.Jermoumi,Verkuijl,Speksnijder,Vink and Bounida making way.

We remain 15th 2 points behind Jong AZ but PSV are 10 points behind us and Utrecht even further.But for Vitesse's points deduction PSV and Utrecht would be tailed off at the bottom. Volendam top and well clear but 2nd automatic place now with ADO .Every Ajax fan will hate ADO and their fans but they and Vitesse are both real Eredivise sides.

Lost 2-0 , a goal in each half Missing many players and Ugwu and V d Pavert both played for U19 on Saturday, (U19 lost 3-2) Some of these players are thus barely out of U19 and ideally need older players to guide them but rarely anyone over 20 years old plays . We are still well clear of Jong PSV and Utrecht and of course Mokio has moved up and 4 or 5 others are in the 1st team squad which is what this team is all about.

subs used Bounida for Wolff at Ht, then later in the 2nd half Chahid,Unuvar,Jermoumi and Faberski for V d Pavert,Verkuijl,Speksnijder,and Kalokoh.

Next game is on Sunday at Den Bosch ko 15.45 same as the 1st

Away to Den Bosch today ko 16.45 what a stupid schedule.Cannot believe Ajax agreed to this .With many at The Arena today with the 1st team and regular Cd Verschuren suspended and other injuries it is going to be a weakened side and falsifying the comp. I wondered why our U19 did not play yesterday,now I know why half them will be on our subs bench.

We lost 2-0, V dPavert got an OG on 37 they made it 2-0 on 63 and that was more than enough.Volendam are 9 points clear at the top.

3 subs used Kalokoh for Steur after the 2nd goal and 10 mins from the end Vink and Brandes for Johnson and Bounida.

We are 16th but 8 points clear of PSV and 13 ahead of Utrecht.Jong are struggling and too many are probably too good for the U19's but not yet ready for Jong Ajax against adults.

Lost 3-0 6th defeat in a row. subs Chahid and Boerhout for Speksnijder and Kalokoh on 68 mins with Oldenstam and Abildgaard coming on for a final 5mins on debut for Vink and Jetten.

Ajax ,PSV,Utrecht now 17th to 19th . Only Vitesse are below but thats due to points deductions. Have to say questions must asked about current Jong sides.
Ajax are providing a few players in the 1st which is why we have a Jong side but we are having a poor season but PSV and Utrecht are well below us and are just poor.

Game is ono Dutch ESPN 2. Faberski with a great strike midway in the half to put JA up 1-0. Ajax weathered a couple of attacks. Konadu needs to get stronger.

Another draw. Vitesse score late on what might have been an offsides goal. No VAR at this level. Rijkoff hit the post with a header near the end which would have won it. Steur had an open goal and missed badly. Vitesse had the better chance in the final 20 minutes as the JA defense was poor. Faberski was always dangerous on the right wing when he had the ball.

We are 17th but PSV ,who won tonight, still 5 behind so lets hope it stays that way, AZ well clear of us
