All to play for this coming Sunday as Ajax travel to Eindhoven. Regardless of the result, Ajax will stay at the top of the table and a draw would keep the margin at 6 points. I don't think Ajax will overcome PSV's huge advantage in goal difference which is the tiebreaker if teams are even on points at the end of the season (48 - 35).

A win and the title is ours, a,draw and it will be tough for PSV to catch us ,defeat and all to play for.

Weghorst still unfit and Gaaei suspended. Rosa at RB, Klaassen joins Henderson and Taylor in MF and Berghuis replaces Traore who has been playing Ints in Africa so no surprise he is sub.

I don’t think they’ll catch us if we get a draw. If we lose I would say they are favourites.

A decent 45 mins from Ajax, still dont rate Berghuis , we need a right winger who is as good Godts.
Traore is hit or miss. Brobbey should have scored with the header but 1-0 is great.

Still hope for a draw but a win would be something else. just dont lose.

Nervy 45 minutes coming. Defense has done well so far but PSV have good attackers and will press hard.

What a win, both our goals came from nowhere but we never really gave a chance away.

What a magnificent display of defense from Ajax today. PSV did not really have any clear shot on goal as the middle was clogged up and wingers were tracking back well all match long. The question mark of Rosa at RB was well answered as the player did a decent enough job defending Lang. I was thinking how bad Matteus kicking was when he delivers a pinpoint long kick to Traore who then slotted it home for the goal that clinched the match. Brobbey continued to get mauled but held the ball up well. Ajax are now nine points ahead of PSV and Farioli's plan of defense and player rotation is coming up roses. He also recognized the danger with all the subbed on attackers and went to a back five late in the game - genius move!!! It was funny seeing all the defenders reading the note that was sent in when Wijndal came in; I wonder how many languages the message was written in.

Player Ratings:

Mattheus (7.5) - caught everything he could get to
Rosa (7.5) - solid match from a player with question marks; really smart assist on the Klaassen goal
Sutalo (8) - so calm on the back line
Baas (7) - had some early weak passes but was solid enough before coming off with what looked like a groin strain
Hato (8) - silently just great on defense
Henderson (7.5) - helped steel up the center of the MF and had a good day on the ball
Taylor (7.5) - strong game defending but had one shot he could have done better with
Davy One Goal (7.5) - really great finish for the match winner and his passing was more than decent
Berghuis (7)- gets a solid rating more for defending than attacking
Brobbey (7) - got punished a lot but was good on the ball; should have done better with the early header
Godts (7) - tracked back well but he had a couple of chances to send attackers in but his passes were too strong
Rugani (7) - solid subbing for Baas
Traore (7) - super match coming on, always a threat when he had the ball in the offensive half
Edvardsen (NR) - on for the final 15 minutes and did exactly what he was supposed to do, control the ball and defend
Wijndal (NR) - on late when Ajax went to a back 5

He has been out injured for a couple of months.

Recovered from a great game of footy and over 2 exhausting hours with a 19 month toddler.

Not much to add all our players were superb. Glad Rosa silenced his critics .Traore was hot today with a glorious goal and both he and Berghuis worked hard tracking back and defending.Still want to see a quality right winger signed.MF were on song and defence solid as always.

I did think beforehand we would be hard to beat and thought it would be a draw but an overall magnificent performance and deserved 3 points and title is now almost certain.

I think Brobbey will be suspended next week so hope Weghorst is fit and I did read Rasmussen is fit again. Not sure Konadu is ready for the 1st team yet.

What a season most would have been happy with 3rd but we are running away with the league. Full praise to Farioli.

If Feyenoord win their catch up game on Wednesday they will be 5 points behind PSV in third. May not matter in the end but we probably want them to keep winning so that they are in the race for second place when they play PSV at home in round 32.
