Kluivert didn't grow up poor. So I really don't understand why is he only focused on the short term and not looking at the long term? Unless he doesn't really believe that he could mature into a big name player and wants to cash out now.

Why do you want Dolberg to leave? He had an amazing year last year and this year he had a dip and an injury. I truly do believe in his potential.

Agree with you Amol on Dolberg and Kluivert. Kluivert must have a hugh ego to think he should be our best paid player.

Regarding Justinho, apparently his mother is driving him to go for the big money right now. I suspect his father is probably against this but I don't know how much he has been a part of his son's life since the divorce. Raiola is of course always interested in big money and as we all know most agents in any sport do not have the player's best interest at heart.

Frenkie de Jong will join Barca in 2019.

When Bergkamp forced Bosz out the wheels started falling off . Not sure anyone wants to play with Ten Hag.

So this summer Onana,de Ligt,Ziyech,Neres and Kluivert will leave. In 2019,Frenkie Donny and Dolberg will go and then all our best players will be gone.

Maybe its time to buy some 25 year olds rather than fill the team with kids who are off after 1 good season.

And Danny Blind of course joined the Ajax Board. This is a club in free fall if all the players mentioned leave. There needs to be some serious thinking about the future of the club. If there are no aspirations other than being a development farm for large Euro clubs then the Board should be up front about that and make it clear to all the supporters who pay good money to attend Ajax matches that this is what they will be getting in future years.

I kinda agree with this. People forget history very quickly. A lot of us were not happy with with Bosz for -
1. Veltman over Tete
2. Traore at CF
3. MF of Ziyech/Klaassen/Schone with zero rotation
4. Not even giving Riedewald a chance in MF when he played a blinding game in Europa qualifiers in that position
5. Not knowing how to switch tactics when ManU setup to block Ajax from playing the way they liked
6. Zero squad rotation. Zero!!

The defense last year had Sanchez and his speed saved a lot of goals.

Agree Bosz was not great and we did question his selections but still a whole season with him must have been a lot better than Keizer Ten Hag.

I think Thomas Tuchel who took over Dortmund from Klopp still does not have a club to manage either. He did a great job with Mainz before going to Dortmund. Either one of these guys would be better than any manager we've had in recent years. Unfortunately, the chances of getting either on are close to zero.

We also have to acknowledge that Bosz got a little lucky on the Europa league run and in the last two knock out matches against both Schalke and Lyon. I agree with all the other negative point about Bosz and maybe he would have done better with the club this season. I still think Keizer got a bad deal getting sacked at the winter break.

I agree 100% with this. Bosz talks a big game which neither Keizer/Ten Hag do. Then you win games with luck and tactics, people start believing in the aura. Now, I'm not saying he was a terrible coach, but he's also not the 2nd coming of Guardiola.

I forgot to add that he also played Gudelj for the longest time even when all of us could see the pointlessness of it all.

Clarence Seedorf might be an interesting choice. He had a good run as a caretaker at Milan and took over at Deportivo in Spain. He did right the ship but not enough to avoid relegation. I don't know if he is going to stay with the club as it depends on how many of the players stay on to fight back to the first division Of course he also has a link to our last major championship!

Barca say they wont go for de Ligt as 50m plus is too much especially with Raiola as agent as the price will go up. Raiola seems to have fallen out with Manu so Bayern or Man City seem the likely ones to come in for him .Spurs wont pay 50m let alone the 60m we want .
