Their title chances hanging by the barest of threads, Ajax travel to Eindhoven to take on the league leaders. A PSV win and they are champions and realistically Ajax have to take all three points and hope that they get some help in the final three matches. It's been a bittersweet season with both tragedy in the Alps and stumbles to lesser teams. We don't yet know which players are finishing their final season with Ajax.

Let's hope for a resounding victory that will buoy us, the supporters!!!

Just to add a little spice to tomorrow's match, the KNVB ruled yesterday that Ron Vlaar did not commit a foul on the PK that was awarded allowing PSV to net the game winner last week. The Red card is rescinded and Vlaar can play in the next match. Unfortunately, the PK awarded by Kevin Blom still stands as does the suspension of AZ manager van den Brom who heavily criticized the Blom after the match. More bad luck for Ajax!

They have the Bekker cup final against Feyenoord, prior to playing Ajax, hopefully that game will exhaust them.

If we win today, that makes both legs and we send the message about who are the real champions -- even if they are at the top of the table at the end of the season. Hopefully, we will play good football and have a successful and enjoyable game.

Veltman back for Kristensen and after last week I am back on sky(being shown on 2 channels today)

I go for a draw and they will be champs midweek v Roda. Ajax threw away far too many points against poor sides.

That just about does it. In spite of some good Ajax chances, there was an air of inevitability. Another year, another second place. Next year, they can put us down for a second place finish on day 1.

On the bright side for PSV, Veltman is increasing Brenet's market value. Making him look really good.

Good thing that a quarter of our subs are right backs - Orejuela and Kristensen.

2nd best today and 2nd best all season. Hopefully watching today all this nonsense of Kluivert and Neres off to the EPL
will cease.Neither remotely ready for a higher level. de Ligt still needs to stay another year as well although he he is ready for a higher level where he will play with superior defenders.

Maybe it is a blessing that I cannot find a decent stream. Ajax again are just poor. Schöne has no right to be playing at this level any longer, he's just too slow and hesitant. Veltman is a shambles at RB getting beaten by speed every single time. van de Beek is scuffing the ball every time he tries to make a play. Why was Tagliafico given a Yellow when the defender who chopped Huntelaar down wasn't even called for a foul. Ajax had some opportunities in the first 20 minutes but just couldn't put a couple of plays together.

Unfortunately it looks like slow Siem will come in for the 2nd half while our only really decent MF Frenkie is probably out for the season. Sinkgraven has to be tested in the MF next season.

I'm just disgusted as I thought the team would come out and play today. ten Hag is no better than Keizer and now we are stuck with another high salary manager.

Agree Veltman is poor but Schone is not good enough and too slow.Neres and Kluivert by always cutting inside means KJH never gets good enough service.

Third goal a result of a fault Ajax is guilty of in game after game and all through this game as well. The left back is in the center of the field and is miles away from the attacking right wing who gets the ball and has all the time in the world to pick his pass. I've been watching it happen all game and was wondering when we would get burned for it. Now we have.

Well that was inevitable. Nico out of the match with 2 yellows. He was struggling to defend against Lozano when we had 4 defenders, which wasn't made easier when we switched to a back 3.
