Mees de Wit,a winger from our U19 youth and now in Jong Ajax, has signed a contract to 2018.

Carel Eiting has agreed a new contract to 2022, was under contract to 2018. Younes Dijks Viergever are the 3 x1st teamers left still in the last year of their contract.

Of the youngsters de Ligt, Kluivert, de Jong all to 2019 but should soon get extensions. de Ligt is 18 in the next few days so I see no problem and Frenkie should extend as he looks like breaking through. Kluivert now has Raiola as agent so will be a problem.He will still be on his youth contract so hopefully he will sign a new one .

Well rumour that Fiorentina want Kluivert. He was 18 back in early May so no news on a contract but I would assume he will sign a full contract but only to 2020. With Raiola as agent I think he will leave next summer.If he is not going to sign a new one then perhaps we should just sell him now !

Haha yeah last season Heiko Westermann was sort of De Ligt's personal taxi driver bringing him home safely on evenings like for example the Schalke and Lyon games when it became late. Heiko seemed to have some use after all.

de Ligt signs a new contract to 2021 ,which is some good news.Imagine he did not agree 5 years as next year they will probably negotiate another extension with a bigger increase in salary.

I read yesterday de Ligt Kluivert and v d Beek were not over happy with their wage structure Neres earns the max 1m pa but the 3 are now regulars so I assume they want more money . I understand Nouri earned about 250000 pa so Donny will be the same .He will likely get a new increased contract before too long .

de Ligt and Kluivert were on basic youth contracts and normally at 18 they too would get 200,000 to 300,000 pa but they are already first teamers so look for a bigger 1st senior contract. Raiola will be a tougher nut to break with Kluivert who is now 3 months beyond his 18th and still on a youth contract. We are lucky Barry Hulshoff and de Ligt senior still represent Matthijs.

Ajax want to extend Frenkie de Jong's contract from 2019 to 2022.Last week Frenkie said he didn't want to extend until he was a regular starter as he would get a better deal. Sounds like Ajax will overcoming that with an extra wage structure .

Kluivert has a contract to 2019 and not yet extended since a youth and even Donny's 2020 contract probably needs extending.

Overmars has 3 players under contract to 2018 to sort out. Younes has an option for a year which Ajax can extend and at some stage they may talk about an extension.

Dijks should have gone last summer so now hes dropped I imagine they will sell in January , may get 1m euros but only 2 or 3m was quoted last summer.

Viergever a mystery .Ajax had an offer of 6 or 7m from a German side last summer but said no they wanted to keep him so why did they not give him another contract back in the summer!! He recently said he expects to leave next summer on a free. (Ajax and Overmars are plain stupid .Give him a contract to 2019 and we can still get say 5m next summer.)

These 1st teamers need to be sorted before Christmas. In the new year Overmars has to deal with 14 Jong Ajax contracts running out although quite a few will be released.Also rather a lot of youths to get contracts especially as there are serious talents aged 15 that must get offers in the new year.

Story in today's Ajax sports news that 6 talents had agreed contracts but I now read that agents for 4 of them have said its not agreed . Sven Botman(17) defender in U19 and Jasper Ter Heide(18) midfielder in U19 plus U17's Liam v Gelderen(16) a central defender and , twins Quinten Maduro ,midfielder and Jurrien Maduro defender both 16.Ryan Gravenberch ,(MF) can sign in May when 16.

Gravenberch ,brother of Denzell , is highly rated and Man u want him. He seems to be next years 16 mega talent .Will we be able to keep him !!! I have read Raiola will be his agent but this does not mean he will leave. Raiola is agent for Bakker ,evidently Kluivert and both stayed, and although Malen left for Arsenal he has come back to Holland after 2 years.

In addition I would hope Ekkelenkamp,a regular U19 and only 17 and striker Brobbey aged 15 and already played for U19 will get contract offers soon.

Sounds as if Frenkie's agent has agreed a new contract to 2022 ,yet to be signed but good news.

We now need to extend Kluivert ,2019, and extend Donny 2020 as he will still be on a lower salary.Also Viergever should get a new contract even if just a year to 2019.

Lots of comments about Kluivert with Raiola but Justin suggest he wants to stay.

The concern is van de Beek, even if he renews his contract, he had a little tiff over being left out by Keizer against Utrecht, this may end up hurting Ajax

I think that tiff was something and nothing, I am sure players and coaches have disagreements but are then forgotten.
Donny wont leave for a year or 2 yet especially as his best mate is Appie and I did read he visits him regularly.

The other worry is Schone, this guy is 31, I know he runs out of steam mid 2nd half, but still he should renew his contract for one more year, and Eiting can develop under his tutelage. Schone is a true anchor man and if all goes well this season, next season may end up like season 2016/17 on steroids!!!!

The 1st contract for one of our current youths ,Jasper Ter Heide , a midfielder with u19, signs for 3 years from July 2018 to June 2021. He is defensive type of MF but certainly not in Eiting's class. Dare I say filling for Jong Ajax.All the best to him.

Busy day as 2 more youths sign contracts . Jurgen Ekkelenkamp an attacking midfield,and top scorer in all teams at the winter break,signs for 3 years until June 2020 (assume his is back dated to July 2017).

ter Heide is 18 and Ekkelenkamp 17.Only U19 regular still to be contracted is Botman ,a Cd aged 17 .

The 3rd today is 16 year old U17 goalie Daan Reiziger,who joined us in 2016 from Groningen. He signs for 3 years but from July 2018 to June 2021.

He is the first of our U17's to be contracted. The Maduro twins and Van Gelderen all expected to be contracted .These are already 16 and that may be it from that age for the time being.

But the current 15 year old talents are numerous.Gravenberch, Brobbey already U19 players but top EPL will be sniffing around .

Only other talent to put on a longer contract is Kluivert . A decision must be made soon as he runs to 2019 . Raiola playing games as usual.

Overmars has done a great job with extending contracts.Only fault he should have extended Viergever to 2019 as he will now leave for nothing.Last summer we got a 7m offer from Germany.We could still get 4 m or 5 m had we extended!

Donny was always going to be straight forward . His heart is in Ajax and he wont leave before he is 24 or 25.

Kluivert's head must be turned as he is now over hyped and the rich clubs are looking.

Another extension today Dani de Wit Jong Ajax midfielder extends from 2018 to 2020.Not a very special player and just filling for Jong.

Ajax showtime the other day listed all contracted players and we had 22 players whose contracts run out in June.

Viergever,KJH,Dijks ,Lamprou and Younes from the first,although Younes will have his automatically extended to 2019.

With Savastano loaned out and will go plus de Wit extended there are still 13 Jong to sort out .And several youths to be given 1st contracts so Overmars will be very busy in the next few weeks.

Info coming through from Ajax press connections that Justin will soon sign. Raiola will do a great job if his client wants a move but not all want out quickly. Justin hopefully will be guided by his Dad, a few flash goals v Roda Willem and Twente doesn't mean you are ready for the EPL.
