Good to hear our first choice wing backs will be offered new contracts, they are solid and good at going forward, a far cry from the school boy error prone Boilesen and Van Rhijn.

To talk about Boilesen I hope you English speaking fellows understand this joke.

18 year old Danish youth striker Kasper Dolberg has agreed to a contract extension from 2018 to 2021.Plenty of promise but not that many goals this season ,meanwhile Sierhuis who has 37 goals has no contract and Zeefuik highly rated defender also no contract.

I may curse at 16 year olds like Fosu- Mensah leaving but if 18 year olds who are rated are not given contracts and leave then I cannot complain .

Next season with no A2 all the 17 and 18 year olds will be in one main U19 youth squad and thus should all be contracted.Overseas players ,and kids signed from other pro clubs all get contracts so why not our own!

Mitchell Bakker ,a talented left back who debuted recently for our A1 and is 16 next month, has been offered a contract. Sounds straight forward until the words Raiola is his agent!!!

Zeefuik the 18 year old A1 defender is also in talks about getting a contract.

Tete,contract runs to 2018, said today talks are on hold although he wants to stay and Ajax know what he wants.Article suggests delay is only because Ajax are busy with new players ,leaving players and still contracts for youths and finally the players whose contracts run to 2017 all need to come first.

Of those contracts to 2017 they do indeed need to be sorted out.

Serero has today suggested he may be looking to move and Schone also today said he would talk with Bosz but only wants to stay if he can play more games than this season.

v d Hoorn will only stay if he is first choice.

Boer ,wants a new challenge. Becker can go and so can Duarte.

Not many extensions if any to this group.Hopefully Overmars can pull his finger out with the youths who need contracts before he does the club a big favour and push off to Everton.

The van der Hoorn contract is a tough call. He really showed some good ability filling in when Veltman had to move out to fullback. But Veltman is not a fullback. I wonder if Veltman has much sales value. We could see him being sold and van der Hoorn extended (I'm not saying that is my preferred option but it could happen).

Veltman can also fill in the left side of the centre of defense, with Van der Hoorn moving in on the right side of the centre of defense, and if Bazoer doesn't perform well, perhaps Riedewald can play in his position.

Ajax should think about Serero and Van der Hoorn, these are two of the few players that have champions league experience. Something lacking in their ranks. I hope both players stay for at least another season.

If we have to sell De Hoorn, why can't we put a buyback clause in the contract? I've seen lots of clubs doing that. I'm pretty sure Veltman will leave in 2017 and we don't know if any of the kids will be ready to take over by then.

Deyovaisio Zeefuik the A1 right back and now in the Dutch u19 squad has finally signed a contract to June 2019 .He was only 18 in March but has been a regular in the A1 team all season.

So Sierhuis, de Lange from our A1 team and 17 year old Noa Lang from our B1 team are those who still need to be signed up on contracts. Plus of course Tete to extend.

It's not a player contract... but... Jaap Stam leaves Ajax and will be the new manager of Reading.

I'm glad Stam is gone. Guy was only focused on himself getting a job somewhere as the new head coach. It did not matter much at which club and he did not contribute a lot to Ajax in the recent years.

Agree, dont see Stam helped the development of young players at Jong Ajax .He was only interested in results which would get him a job in England.

Cocu was the driving force with the youth but he's gone. Kluivert is coming in and I wonder about Aaron Winter once the U-19 competition is over this summer. I'm sure he wants to move up and a club job would seem to be the way to go.

19 year old Belgium CD Nathan Leyder extends his contract by 2 years to 2018. He was out with a knee injury from October 2014 to January 2016.

Marcus Bay 19 year old Danish midfielder extends by 2 years until 2018.He had a lot of injury last season and moves to Jong.

Finally,Kaj Sierhuis 18 year old striker,who scored about 37 goals last season, has signed a 3 year contract to June 2019.He will be the main striker for our A1 youths this season.

16 year old A1 left back Mitchel Bakker has finally signed a contract to 2019.He is a highly rated player.He has Raiola as agent but it just said his agent was very busy all summer hence the delay in signing . (By January he will be Raiola's only player as the other one Tete will be leaving.)

So just need to contract de Lange now and that poor lad Mazaroui ,subs for Jong Ajax but no contracts!

20 year old Jong midfielder/ utility player Pelle Clement has extended his contract by a year until 2018. He is not good enough to play for our first team but at the end of the year they can sell him for a small fee.

Noussair Mazraoui ,the Jong Ajax fullback come midfielder has finally got a contract . He has a contract from 1st November 2016 to June 2018.Well done I am pleased for the lad.He has played several games for Jong and now has a proper contract.

At Jong Ajax most of the squad are contracted to 2018 ,just Dekker and Walian run to next year .

At A1 level goalie de Lange has let in one competitive goal this season and is still not contracted.An article on him at Ajaxshowtime today. Noa Lang a midfielder is the other regular A1 with no contract, hope they put this right soon.

Matthijs de Ligt has signed an extension from 2018 to 2019. As he is only 17 he can only sign for a maximum 3 years. He isn't 18 until August so he will likely sign a longer contract then.

Overmars now to talk about a contract extension for Schone. He has played very well since being played behind Klaassen and Ziyech. He is very experienced and comes across as a real Ajax man.We need to give him a good 2 year deal and he can only be a benefit with helping Nouri v dBeek and de Jong breaking through.

Schone has had a 2 year extension offer by the club and although happy he wants to wait and see before committing himself.

17 year old Noa Lang a midfielder from our A1 has today signed a contract to 2019 . He came from F word in 2013 and the picture of him signing shows his step father as Nourdin Boukhari our old player.

I have expected him to be contracted but when will regular A1 goalie de Lange get one. Highly rated and coming up 19 .

He plus Redan ,the B1 striker fancied by Man u and 16 last week, are the main 2 youths who need contracts imo.

Ajax are talking with Veltman about a contract extension. Currently runs to 2018. If he decides to stay on for another year it looks like he will extend.

Of those running out this summer Schone is in talks .Traore and Serero will leave and almost certainly Boer.

5 others running out in 2018.Onana in talks,Younes has an option to 2019 so no rush there. Tete is not renewing at present and likely to leave in the summer,Westermann will likely be paid off.Viergever probably will stay next season so will be extened .

Most of Jong Ajax squad run to 2018 but Eiting is the main one who needs a new contract.
