Fingers crossed, Ajax sign right winger Moses Simon, he was at the Ajax youth team, he is doing well in Belgium. He is familiar with Ajax, it would make sense. On the left wing it seems like Ajax will sign pacy winger Sam Larsson.

Today its reported El Ghazi is off to Lazio on loan with a fee of 9m if they want to buy . Hope this is wrong no way can we loan him out ,money or nothing.


One sale which is a big surprise.Franco Antonucci 17 year old Belgium midfielder with A1 is sold to Monaco for 3m euros with adds ons for further sale etc.

This kid left Anderlecht in 2015 for us ,we paid 500,000, but has had offers of big money. If thats what motivates him good riddance. He is only 2 years younger than our 4 outstanding talents and we have bought a replacement for him in Pasquali ,the Aussie kid with an Italian passport.

ps.Antonucci had a contract to 2018 with us and has told us he would not want to extend as Monaco had offered a 4 year deal.

So we have 2 fit wingers ,Younes who is not good enough to be a starter on this seasons form and 17 year old Kluivert who is promising but is a youth.

If this is true, Overmars should be let go immediately. You don't put the club in this kind of a situation without first having brought in the necessary replacement. Ziyech can play out on the wing and maybe that is what Overmars and Bosz are thinking until Traore returns. Maybe they have a secret plan that will be apparent this weekend but I doubt it.

100% agree above.If we sell El Ghazi before we bring in a replacement then Overmars should be kicked out . We are looking for an extra left winger so by selling El Ghazi we also need a new right winger.It doesn't appear we are getting anywhere in South America.

I am not a fan of El Ghazi but he should stay until the summer.

Just pray Dolberg does not get injured as we have no back up for him.Cassierra is not ready .

We have struggled to get goals in lots of recent games and I can see us finishing 3rd.

Agreed, Cerny has struggled, and there is no way he will make it through in the Ajax first team, the other glimmer of hope is the up and coming Justin Kluivert. But he is just so young, only 17 going on 18.

Krul is hopefully leaving and today El Idrissi has had his contract terminated .A young forward who is contracted to 2018 was linked with Jong Utrecht. He made 6 appearances with Jong this season scored a goal but was never a real talent.

So just 3 more players to get rid of who are not going to get any playing time this season.

Just read a blurb that claimed West Ham in the Eng Premier League are interested in getting Veltman during January for a rumored 8m. We'd be crazy to let him go at this point, and especially at that price.

If Traore indeed does leave, then no way can Ajax release El Ghazi. Cerny is struggling and Kluivert can't handle the burden at such a young age. However as for the strikers position, Ajax already have Dollberg, who has a dip in form, Cassierra, who is not yet ready, and the up and coming Kaj Sierhuis.

Evidently Wolfsburg wanted Riedewald as well as Bazoer but Ajax said no. If he does not get much playtime between now and the end of the season I think he will go. Still think he should play CD in place of Viergever.

It's being reported that el Ghazi will sign with Lille on Wednesday. Can't figure this out as there is no replacement right now. Burkina Faso is the top seed in the African Cup and plays on Saturday so Traore is out. I guess Ziyech moves to the wing.

Neither are great players but the squad seems thin at both positions. We needed a left back at the start of the season, instead we're selling one. Hmm. Guess the thinking would be Riedewald as backup for Sinkgraven?

Riedewald would be ok as LB stand in ,he is a far better defender than either Sinkgraven or Dijks.

The fact that Dijks is wanted by a mid table Championship club shows how moderate he is. 2m maybe for him !!
