Gone are the days when only a win against feyenoord would satisfy. That's a very good result for this team. I had a poor stream but it seemed like it was more good fortune than anything else.

Well we got a draw, 1 chance of goal and Dolberg was superb. Apart from Onana ,whose goalkeeping improves nothing positive to say about us.Dijks should have prevented Kuyt but like Sinkgraven cannot defend.I want to see a real defender at left back.

Midfield poor as usual.attack did nothing and defence is not good enough at high crosses or freekicks.

Ajax got the goal early in the 2nd half but it was too much to expect that they would hold on for a victory. Poor play by Dijks let Kuyt get goal side of him for the header that tied the score. Feyenoord must feel aggrieved that they totally dominated play, had two players with open shots on goal and only could come away with a draw. Of course that is enough to keep the margin at 5 points. Ajax again had miserable play from the midfield and Dolberg was the only player who ended up creating chances. Second place is all this team can aspire to and they will have to fend off PSV which is no easy thing to do. 3rd place is probably realistic until the next generation of players come up to the first team. There are too many players who are in the starting 11 that are not good enough.

Player Ratings:

Bosz (2) - again he puts out a team with too many deficiencies and a poor tactical approach; does he even know how dysfunctional this midfield is?

Onana (7) - good game and he really tried to suck as much time off the clock in the 2nd half as he could
Sinkgraven (4.5) - yes, two really bad plays that should have been punished but he also had more than enough good interventions and moves forward; still he's not a LB right now and maybe never will be
Viergever (6) - didn't see anything wrong with his game
Sanchez (7.5) - again dominating performance as he had to cover up a number of times for others mistakes
Veltman (5.5) - some last ditch defending at times; he really needs to play in the center but he's not as good as Sanchez
Schöne (6) - totally gassed by the 60 minute mark but could not be subbed off
el Capitan no touch (5) - charitable score for defending as he did nothing on offense
the player keeping Nouri out of the team (5) - one pass to Dolberg amidst a lot of mediocre play before finally coming off; suspect he will be rested for the cup match mid-week and let's see Nouri in action!!!
Younes (3.5) - absolutely horrid, constantly dribbling into double teams
Dolberg (7) - another fine match and only a phenomenal tackle from Kongolo prevented a possible game winner
Traore (5.5) - dispossessed more than he should have been but of course there was never an outlet for a pass to a midfielder
Dijks (3) - never let your man get goal side of you
el Ghazi (5) - too rusty to do much of importance when he had the chance
Bazoer (??) - did he even have a touch??

Kozzaken Boys in the Beker Cup mid week and expect big changes to the starting lineup. Home to Excelsior next weekend

Only good defender is Sanchez, but Viergever is doing a decent job.

Midfield ,only good ones play in Jong. Klaassen has scored goals against the weaker sides this season but does little else.Ziyech not looking like he did at Twente but for Jong Nouri creates and bosses the midfield.Not sure the little lad would have done much today but he would have created more than the 4 midfielders used today put together.

Attack Dolberg a fine prospect.Traore works hard lots of flashy football but was taken on to score goals and he doesn't .We pay 1m euros for him but are not getting our monies worth.Younes does not like to pass and tries to beat everyone.Give Cerny a chance
