17 year old midfielder Dani de Wit has signed a 3 year deal from 1st July through to June 2018.

Another 17 year old Boultam has been offered a contract but not yet signed, however Matthijs de Ligt who was 16 just 2 days ago must be signed asap.

Good news defender Matthijs de Ligt 16 last month signed until June 2018,rated the best talent in our A1 U19 squad.

16 year old Belgium MF Francesco Antonucci has signed a contract from 1 July 2015 for 3 years to June 2018.He had joined us from Anderlecht earlier in the summer

Overmars is doing a good job with extending contracts ,see Youths thread re the 3 youngsters extending.

On the main players Klaassen ,the other day said he had agreed to extend from 2018 to 2019, as he was not ready to leave the club just yet.

Majority of first teamers are now contracted to 2018 through to 2020 . The main player to extend now is Fischer ,currently signed to 2017. Tete also needs extending although he is signed to 2018 we could do with him signed to 2020 but Raiola is his agent.

Overmars gets plenty of stick on some of the crap signings but no one can fault him getting players onto long contracts.

Klaassen official extends from 2018 to 2019 . He says he is not ready to leave which is good news ,played very well on Saturday.

Now for Fischer and Tete.

Tete is now talking with Ajax over an extension from 2018 to either 2019 or 2020. He wants to stay with us which is good news as Raiola is his agent.

The only other contract that needs extending soon is Fischer ,runs to 2017.

With Cerny coming through the youth ranks, a talented winger, and maybe the potential signing of Sam Larsson from Heerenveen. We won't need Fischer.

Jairo Riedewald has extended his contract from 2019 to 2020 .He has signed a new contract in effect from 1-1-16.Good news and proof Overmars is actually doing some work.

Next up he must extend Tete from 2018 and also from 2018 contracts Veltman and Cillessen extend a year.(Veltman has today said he wants to stay for next season and not leave. Bazoer too has said he is not looking to leave and will stay )

Only main player running out in 2017 to decide is Fischer. Boer will probably stay and see out his contract, but Serero, Schone and v d Hoorn,will leave. Duarte,Becker and Ligeon, all on loan and contracted to 2017, wont come back and we will look to sell.

For 2016 Boilesen is going and de Sa ,on loan at Willem should be released.

In Holland I believe players whose contracts are running out have to be informed by the end of March whether or not they are getting new contracts.

Boilesen is going but there are still 5 Jong players whose contracts run to June that have not been announced.Bakker Bruijn and Mirani are all going but the 5 are Warmerdam ,El Mahdioui,Vissie,V Bruggen and Alblas, the first 3 have options for another year .

Alblas a goalie who has had lots of injury is likely to go and Vissie a 2nd year Jong gets little playing time also is likely to go. V Bruggen having been an used sub for the first should get an extension and stay another season but the other 2 maybe extend their 1 year options and loan .We shall see.

Still quite on youths and indeed on all contracts.

True. If they don't get any notification before April 1, the contract will automatically be extended against the old conditons. This is why FC Twente has informed 12 players that they will not extend the contract, they don't have enough money to continue paying the old salaries.

Ajax probably making this pubic today on expiring contracts.Ajaxshowtime quotes a daily paper on El Mahdioui going and fans seem to rate him and he looked a decent DM.

Like El Azzouzi,he has not got enough playing time for Jong but seems like he will get another eredivisie side.Also we have loads of midfielders and Eiting is going to be Jong Ajax DM next season.

Leon Bergsma, a defender with the A1 team, signed a two year contract to 2018 with a one year option. He's been in the youth system since 2005.

Bergsma has benefited by Sidoel being injured all season and he has played CD for A1 nearly all season.

Warmerdam has been given a new contract to 2018,he will be used as a LB and although 2 years at Jong Ajax he is only 21 in Sept.

In addition new signing Pascal Struijk from ADO has signed to 2018

As stated on leavers V Bruggen has been released and joined PSV.

Only 2 Jong players ,whose contracts run to 2016, still to hear about are Alblas a goalie and Vissie a defender /DM who seldom plays ,cannot see them staying.

Reading on Ajax showtime that Sierhuis is still waiting for a contract offer and other clubs are hovering including Fword. Noa Lang trains with our firsts today but still no contract and english clubs are interested. Nothing yet on Zeefuik!

What on earth are Ajax and Overmars playing at !! Mind Sierhuis and Zeefuik are 18 ,Lang 17 so if Ajax don't offer them contracts I would expect them to leave.I wont moan if we lose them as clearly it would mean we don't rate them highly enough.


Nb. if of course UK opts out of the EU I see our FA cutting down on kids under 18 being signed from abroad .Reading this week Solanke ,the Chelsea kid on loan at Vitesse, wants £50,000 (60,000euros) per week to stay at Chelsea!!! English football is aware the biggest problem is kids being offered silly sums and indeed expecting such sums.

Tete is in talks with Ajax to extend his contract to 2018 and stated he would like to stay at Ajax for the time being as it will be good for his development. Even though Raiola is his agent I suspect this will happen. Tete is defensively top rank but needs to work very hard on the offensive aspect of his game. Big clubs expect FBs to go forward and deliver dangerous balls into the box. Tete cannot do reliably do this. I hope he stays as it will help our CL campaign next season as he can shut down almost any left winger in Europe.

Tete and Dijks are monsters at wing backs, we haven't had a good pair of wing backs since Maxwell-Trabelsi. I hope Tete renews his contract to 2020, to keep top clubs away from him. Dijks should renew his to 2019. What about Veldman???

Good news Tete clearly does not think he is ready to leave. His current contract runs to 2018 so its extending to either 2019 or 2020.

Dijks has had a great season and hopefully Ajax will look to extend him, Veltman and Cillessen all currently 2018.

Norbert Alblas Jong Ajax goalie has his contract extended for 2 years to 2018.He was badly injured end of 2014 and only returned recently. It means we have 7 contracted goalies for the 1st and Jong sides but 2 will likely be loaned out.

Good to hear our first choice wing backs will be offered new contracts, they are solid and good at going forward, a far cry from the school boy error prone Boilesen and Van Rhijn.
