Nouri played last tuesday for U 19 and 45 mins last Friday so is being rested ,(next Jong on friday). Owusu is with the first team. Why Sanniez, the best defender, is not playing who knows. Zivkovic should be starting to get his confidence up.

We are 1-0 down at Ht.About their only real chance scoring in 44min. pretty poor marking just like the first team.We play alot quicker than the first with quicker passing and movement but other than Muric hitting the post with a nice shot no real chances.

Finished 2-2 Muric scored a lovely goal on 64 but 10 mins later we were 2-1 down ,again no tackling just watched the player take the ball and score. 80 mins v d Beek bought down and Hendriks made it 2-2 from the spot.

Muric played well and Sinkgraven had a good game.Midfield and attack are easily good enough for this level but not the defence.All are decent on the ball but no real defending when it was necessary.

At least they did not give away a silly late goal and got the draw. Clement for deJong on 70 mins as the only sub used.

I always wondered why Muric has never been drafted into the first team, not even for minutes on the pitch as a substitute.

Muric should be given a first team game .He and Cerny are both left footed and like to play of the right.Cerny looked less impressive last night having to play on the left.Muric also had a shot hit the post and after he scored he went close again so he could easily have ended up with 3.

I should not be so critical of our players as the oldest player Hendriks is only 21 ,most of them last night were 18 or 19. Coming up against seasoned pros is very hard for them but playing in this league is a wonderful and great way to learn.

Interesting that Hendrix was allowed first team football. He is useless. I would play Sierhuis before I would play Hendrix

Dont think many rate Hendriks and I though Zivkovic would have got some playing time last night ,although he did play 90 mins on Friday.
Sierhuis has scored loads of goals for both A2 and A1 youths this season but is considered behind Dolberg at youth level.Sierhuis has no contract which is daft.

Well a 2nd by Cerny just after Ht put us in a decent position but they soon pulled back to only 2-1 down and after 67 Owusu red carded.

Well we held on to win 2-1 ,Acolatse and Cerny the goals .Owusu sent off and we held on for 27 mins with 10 men which was a fine performance,shame there was no streams to watch it.

Sanniez replaced V Bruggen on 55,Mirani for Acolatse 60, Hendriks for Nouri 77.

Forgetting results but playing in this league is real benefit.Last season Tete Riedwaald and Bazoer played in it and have developed quickly into our firsts.

This season v d Beek has developed quickly via Jong and Muric Cerny both debuted for the firsts and will be squad players next season.Owusu v Bruggen ,hopefully Sanniez,de Jong and Nouri all playing for Jong this season will look to become first team squad next season.

The tougher games of Jupiler do seem to be resulting in the boys developing much quicker than if they were in a Jong league.

No game until next Monday so a friendly today v jong Genk and we won 3-2.Zivkovic scored 2 and Clement the other.V Rhijn ,Serero and Fischer all played 90 mins the other players were the Jong squad .

Coaches Stam and Ulderink are leaving at the end of the season after 2 years at Jong. With all change at youth level and now at Jong we just need change at the first team

So a strong MF and attack but not a very special back 4 . Missing are Cerny and Nouri both playing for our A1 youths this week,Owusu suspended having been sent off last game . Onana and Sanniez Nk but must be injured.

Jong Ajax on fire 4-0 up at Ht.Fischer with a lovely solo goal ,stuck it through the goalies feet. Muric with some lovely skill in a crowded box got the 2nd.He then produced some more skill and footwork in the box but passed to Zivkovic for no 3 .Finally de Jong ran through from halfway into the box ,put the ball back to v d Beek for no 4. Our defence has had little to do. We are passing and moving the ball quickly and it is a joy to watch.

Good news on Jong Ajax. I tried to pull up one of the streams but for some reason they don't work over here in the US.

We won 4-1 .The 2nd half was a bit of an anti climax ,they scored after 47 mins and after that our defence worked a lot harder than they did in the 1st half .We took our foot off the gas . Muric only lasted 60 mins ,Clement replaced him and when Hendriks came on for Fischer after 72 our attack did not look very potent.Acolatse for Serero on 83 the other sub.

A comfortable win thanks to the superior class of Fischer and Muric.

Next up Almere on Friday.

Just seeing what our Dutch lads thought of the players last night, I seem to be looking at the same game ,I think.

The defenders appear moderate and I dont see any making our first team. de Jong impresses me and v d Beek was also very good. Zivkovic I think wait and see,he is still only 19 and needs to play every game for the rest of the season.Fischer showed his class with a lovely goal but didn't do much else.He seems to have gone backwards since his bad injury and with a contract running only to 2017 he may well go this summer.

Muric was superb and hopefully will start v Willem on Sunday.

Almere 2-0 up at Ht . The 1st was a penalty, I did not see it as I turned around at that moment.Very clear picture but no replays.The 2nd just before Ht their striker ran through unchallenged .

Very moderate from Jong Ajax. de Jong is class but in such an average team even he does not really stand out.Cerny and Nouri should be playing tonight rather than play A1 the other night.

Zivkovic has done nothing and no real chances so far.Have to say most of these players are never going to make our 1st team.

Lost 2-1 . Zivkovic got a chance on 74 and put away for a goal and after that we pressed but Almere held on for the win. Evidently we were unlucky with the first half pen as the offence was outside the box.

Only sub was Dankerlui for v Bruggen at HT.v Bruggen must be standing by in case v d Hoorn is unfit for Sunday.
