2 talents evidently leaving today both Raiola men.Kishna is off to lazio for 3m rising to 4m with bonuses plus a resale clause. Meanwhile 16 year old striker Donyell Malen is taking Arsenal's money and obscurity.Only teenager to ever leave Ajax and make it Clarence Seedorf!

Good luck to both, cannot see Kishna making it it Italian football expect him to be loaned out and in a couple of years to Turkey.

Only other Raiola men left here are Acolatse and Becker who is on loan ,neither will make it,and Tete. He took his time to sign a new contract ,to 2018, and will be off asap.If he plays regularly this season Raiola will get him sold next summer.

Teenage kids who sign for Raiola only want money and are not worth bothering about.Back to Malen he is a good striker at u17 level and has had an offer of 3 years from us back in May. Given the long delay in signing it was clear to me he would go.

I posted about this over on the Big Soccer forum. Another case just like Ouasim Bouy who thought he would take Juventus by storm. Reality is that these players are going after the money rather than focusing on playing football with skills. Every case is different and maybe they need money for family reasons, who knows? If the talent is there the money will come.

I believe Kyle Ebicilio did something similar several years ago leaving Feyenoord for Arsenal and now is back in the Eredivisie toiling for Twente.

IMO, it's a case of Raiola manipulating these young kids - he doesn't give a fart about what happens to their future careers - fills their heads with delusions of grandeur so that he can get his agent's cut.

The 3 x 16 year olds who left to go abroad last summer were not Raiola men . Kishna with his injury record may well have decided to a take the money in case his bad knees give way. Sad but this has been a soap opera and glad he is going .

Malen ,if he goes is just plain stupid,a decent agent may have advised on staying but surely its down to Malen and his family.

Bouy was advised wrong by Raiola and is just heading for obscurity. He will be back to Almere in a couple of years.

Was going to post about Menig, good thing for him as he will develop better at Zwolle rather than just play for Jong Ajax this season. Becker is at Zwolle but I dont see either making it at Ajax.

Muric will probably get some playing time now and I am sure Cerny will debut this season.

This is about a player likely not to be leaving! ManU have completed the signing of Sergio Romero and van Gaal has stated he is likely to be the #1 keeper if de Gea leaves. I think this means Cillessen stays for at least one more season!!

James Efmorfidis a 19 year old midfielder, who still has a year left on his contract, has left us to join AZ.He didn't get into our main U19 team due to Nouri and v d Beek and is rated by the youth experts .All the best to him.When in his early teens he went to both Real Madrid and Barcelona but came back to Ajax.

Kishna has passed his medical but Lazio have yet to give a Bank guarantee ,without which the deal wont happen.Lazio wanted to pay by instalments but Ajax wanted the 3m up front.

Donyell Malen has now left for 20 pieces of silver to Arsenal,probably never to be heard of again. Loads of anti Raiola posts on Ajax showtime but it is still the choice of the boy and his parents. Actually we have resumed offering 16 year olds contracts because Raiola came to us and said Malen had loads of offers and were Ajax going to offer him anything.We then got real and offered him a deal but clearly not enough.

We perhaps should be offering 16 and 17 year olds more money to keep them here. Bottom line we cannot complain about losing our own kids when we go abroad and take 16 year olds ie Fischer Cerny Eriksen Boilesen and of course a few years ago all those Belgium lads. We took Kishna from ADO aged 15 and Bazoer from PSV aged 16.

Kishna is a great talent, more often than not Ajax loose's them early. Wish he would have stayed another year or two but this is the Ajax way. Our best talent is poached away, new talent arrives, as does a new season.

The de Gea saga continues and Cillessen may yet go on 1st sept but today I read that we would try and get Vermeer back but his sale clause is 5m .If this happens I am joining the de Boer Overmars out camp.Sell for 1m and 1 year later buy him back for 5m tell me this is a joke !!

Wonder why Andersen didn't transfer to Willem II as part of the deal. When does his contract finish? I don't expect we will get much for him if he leaves permanently next summer.
