Well this was one of the finest halves of football that this team has played this season. Great movement throughout the midfield and passing lanes are there. Great cross by van Rhijn and well taken goal by de Jong. Glad to see that FdB has them playing good Ajax football and moving forward. Many fewer back passes than in league matches. The ManCity goal was just a great example of counter attacking football and there wasn't much that Ajax could do to stop it. If we played this quality of football in the league we would be on top of the table.
