Solid match save one or two dice moments on defense. Groningen's rope-a-dope strategy was a total failure. As I noted at halftime, this was the best we have played in the midfield in some time. Eriksen was great on and off the ball creating some very good openings. Anita gave us the extra offensive passing. de Jong played further back today and really was not much of a factor. Vermeer made some great saves but got caught out of position a couple of times and had at least one really weak punch that almost hurt us. Oojier and Vertonghen both solid games. van der Wiel had the pass of the year but other than that continued to show us that he is a one footed player and won't go to the next level until he addresses that. Boilesen did nothing wrong; did go forward well but wasn't much of a factor when he did. Ozbiliz was good but had a real weak back pass that almost cost us. Sulejmani had one of his better games today, keeping cool while finishing off the great pass for the first goal. El Hamdaoui was better but still has to pass sooner and quit thinking he is a great ball handler; he is not.

all in all this was one of our better matches of the year. We adapted to every change on the field and it was great seeing a win. Looks like we got unlucky with Twente today. The Roda keeper got a red card (did not see the match so don't know what it was for) and Janko coverts the penalty. We still pick up two precious points.

Another good win and we are now 3 points off Twente ,shame they did not lose . Anita is certainly better in midfield that Enoh and de Zeeuw but is probably a better right back than V d Wiel. Boilesen
is certainly as good a left back as Blind considering he was a youth team player until last weekend.
We have to win all our last 4 games to at least finish 2nd .
