Heck I would even bring Paolo Maldini out of retirement as at 41 he is still better than anyone else we have (including those who are "starters"). I agree on the management situation and wonder if the only reason Daley Blind continues on this team is because of the presence of his father.

There was also some apparent interest in Eljero Elia but he can't come over since there is a regulation against playing for three teams in one season (he has played for Hamburg and Juventus so far, though it's fair to say he really doesn't play for Juve). In the summer we need investment in defence, Anita can move back to midfield, and bring in Gouweleeuw, Donk, Narsingh and a new striker as back up for Kolbeinn and also swap Fat Theo for Tadic at Groningen
