Thanks for the kind words. As I am retired I have too much time on my hands but discovered Google translate and Ajax Netwerk site where they discuss the youth in great detail.

Mention Ajax to any football fan in this country and they always say about our Youth. When it comes to Youth football we lead and the world follows .

Jong Ajax won 1-0 ,with Lukoki scoring the only goal in the 2nd half.Ajax subs Dijks for Veltman at HT and Boccara for de Kamps after 57mins. Boccara coming back from injury. (unused Kramer goalie, Tete 17 year old A1 right back and de Sa) Boilesen appears to have played the full 90 mins which is a good sign . Ajax move to 2nd place evidently 8 points behind Heerenveen.

Just to say Official site report shows Boilesen replaced after nearly 75 mins by de Sa.Still the most minutes he has played so far in his comeback.

Perhaps they are playing with a 3 man back line. Would be surprising to see Boilesen play in the central defense.

Not really sure if we had a back 3 or 4.

We lost 2-1 and Kramer gave away a goal with abad mistake,so maybe he wont be sub on Sunday .

Boilesen evidently played 90 mins and the only subs listed as used were Lukoki on 50 mins for de Sa and Boccara for de Kamps for the last 10 mins. Wonder if Denswil picked up a knock pre match as he does not appear to have come on.

So Boilesen is back! Let's hope that his injury problems are behind.

Lost 3-0 to Utrecht Andersen came on for Boilesen after 75 mins and Meleg for Sana on 80 mins. A very poor night for our Jong.Boccara must be injured again.

Evidently Boilesen was just being rested and not injured. A good result against the top team.

Just to add Jong Heerenveen are the champions, they have 44 points with Heracles 2nd with 33 and us 3rd on 33 .

Given there are 4 youths in the squad I am very surprised Sulejmani is playing ,surely this is the type of game to give some of the A1 youths a game . Well he made Sana's goal and scored one but you would like to think he would be able to do such things at this level.

Finished with a 3-0 win and Sulejmani scored the 3rd and his 2nd of the game .

subs used Boccara for Boilesen at HT , Menig for Lukoki for the last 15 mins and Vermeij for Sulejmani for the last 10 mins.

A good win and at least 2 youth strikers got on as sub and 17 year old Kenny Tete the A1 youth team right back evidently had a good game. From what I read he should get involved with the first team sometime next season .

With Ligeon playing a decent game v NAC we are well covered with young right backs and of course with left backs . Denswil always seems to play superbly at Jong level and if he is still not to play in our first team next season then a season on loan at a decent eredivise side is surely a must for him.

What's up with Boccara?
Is Sporsklede still injured?
Veltman is a Toby-style player?
Denswil is a Jan-type?
Are Andersen and Meleg on the road to the first team for next year?

Can confirm Sporkslede is still injured and Boccara has had injuries since Christmas .Currently has a broken nose.

Would imagine Andersen and Meleg will be first team squad players next season but more likely to be on the bench and still playing Jong games.

Not seen enough of Veltman or Denswil to comment .

We need to win to finish 2nd in the league.

We lost 2-0 and will finish probably 4th . Busse ,(last game with Ajax)came on for Serero on the hour and deBondt ,A1 youth winger for Boccara after about 75 .

A pretty poor end to the season
