i get that, but last time i checked the number of goals we allow has nothing to do with the constant never-ending mass disadvantage handed to us by refs

Don't know how the KNVB maintains refereeing decisions. Most eredivisie games are such soft tackling games that simplest fouls get yellow cards. And then you get Utrecht away - what the hell was this?

The match ends on an inglorious note with Vermeer again conceding a goal when he should have kicked the ball out. The match officiating was quite poor but this is nothing new for the Eredivisie. Sulejmani should have had a penalty and lots of fouls went uncalled.

Vermeer - worst game ever in an Ajax shirt
van der Wiel - decent game but should have put his first chance away but of course he doesn't have a left foot so it's no surprise that he missed.
Oojier - below average
Vertonghen - average
Anita - worst game ever in an Ajax shirt
Janssen - did he even do anything out there
Eriksen - moments of excitement followed by some bonehead and weak back passes
Enoh - average match (which means he wasn't very good)
Bulykin - two good goals and he at least was trying which is more than can be said for others out there
Boerrigter - was he even on the pitch?
Sulejmani - two or three moments of greatness followed by 80 dumb plays
Ebecilio - at least he wasn't responsible for conceding a goal

de Jong & Alderweireld - lucky not to have been on the field and hope that they get well soon

This will go down in history as one of the poorest played matches in the long history of this club. Utrecht is a mediocre team of thugs who nip at players ankles and body check them off the ball because they have no other abilities. I think we will look back at this one as the nail in the coffin for our league chances.

Count me as seriously unimpressed !! Absolute garbage . A sometimes comically shambolic performance . I'm out.

Hey this is the Eredivisie, you were expecting a FIFA quality official????

I think our players hate playing early in the day and they usually end up losing. So I'm going to stop waking up at 6:30 to watch them. I'll watch all the later games for a few weeks.

1 - i think you are being kind... to me, he has been way below form all season long, at times bordering on terrible... he has created far more counters for the opposition than he has for us this season

Yes, I know it's early in the season still but we can end up being 11 points behind if AZ win today and that's a lot. I can't see us going on a huge winning streak though I would like to be proved wrong. Yes, Eriksen has been poor and I've noted it. You note I said "moments of excitement."

Either AZ will eventually start losing. OR they are the best team of the last few years... with no reason!!!!! I am still looking psv and twente as our direct title challengers

As poor agame of Football as I have ever seen . Vermeer was about the worst display of goalkeeping as I have ever seen .He cannot kick a ball and should be dropped.

The defence were woeful but even Greg was not responsible for any goals.(Just as well as his woeful penalites cost us 3 points vPSV and Groningen.) The only player who gets any credit for me is Bulykin ,just as well Siem went off.

Sulejmani was a clear penalty but what a poor so called excuse of afootball team Utrecht are kicking everything in an Ajax shirt and rolling around everytime they were touched .

Well once AZ win today we will be 11 point behind and I really cannot see us getting back in to the title. I think de Boer has to bite the biscuit drop Vermeer ,who cannot kck to save his life. Pension Ooijer off and just put V Rhijn as sub and finally put Anita into Enoh's position and bring in Koppers ,who is the only proper left back in the club ,until Boilesen is fit again.

it is now or never for DE BOER. he should take some action finally and change some players
