Just to avoid the best teams from pot 2 (Real Madrid, As Roma or even Werder), for the rest I have nothing more to ask.

For qualification, the ideal draw for us would be (read as weakest possible) = Lyon, Panathinaikos, AJAX, Hapoel Tel-Aviv.
For Entertainment, the ideal draw for us would be = Barcelona, Roma, AJAX, Auxerre.

Don't want to get Rubin and Auxerre from pot 4.

I don't want Inter, they actually are boring.
A french club would give me the opportunity to attend an away game ... So why not Lyon ?

Wesley Sneijder was just awarded the trophy for best mid-fielder at the draw ceremony. He's drawing the teams from pot 3 which we are in!!!

The only good thing I see about this draw is that the AC Milan on display in the last several years has been one which has left alot of points on the pitch. That said, YIKES !!

Just saw us come out the hat . Could it be harder .

Confirmed now as the "group of death" as we draw Auxerre as the fourth club. We'll see the mettle of this club for sure now!!!

So Auxerre is the last team in our group. Nice way for UEFA to welcome Ajax back to the CL.

If we will get through this group, we will win the CL!!!

But they have Werder in their half. I'm still scratching my head. They said something about clubs being divided into red and blue groups for television criteria.

To belabor this whole point, it turns out that it's done for television purposes:

"To ensure sides from the same country play on separate days, the eight groups will be distinguished by colour: Groups A-D will be red and Groups E-H blue. When a paired club is drawn, for example, into one of the red groups, the other paired club – once it has been drawn – will automatically be assigned to one of the four blue groups."

What a dumb f**king rule this is!
