Thinking to player that will leave next season (Trabelsi, Pienaar, Maxwell, Heitinga), If i was Blind or van Geel I would plan these things to refound the team, programming a 3-4-3 system

You bet its unprobable, blind hasnt even given Escude a second chance, hell he might have scored some headers had he been in the line up by now.

Sounds like blind thinks that his wingers are the problem and not the strikers. He may have a point there. Babel and Rosales are not getting the job done and Mitea is not fit. Sounds like Blind will buy wingers. That would make sense I guess but we still never found a decent replacement for Zlatan.

My post is not a bet, but a little stupid joke. I wrote IF I could be in Blind's or Van Geel's head.
Of course and unfortunately I am NOT, otherwise Escude would be a backbone of my team.

Maybe he should have bought some wingers in the summer then, or, failing that, made some temporary tactical changes to compensate for these shortcomings when it was obvious that our wingers weren't producing the goods (probably something to do with them not actually being wingers). But sticking stubbornly to the same crap week in week out when it's obvious that it's not producing the goods will get you nowhere and is the sign of a manager lacking in imagination and know-how. We all know of the saying "don't change a winning team" but Danny Blind seems to have misunderstood it as "don't change a losing team."

If he tried something different and it didn't work out then I could forgive him, but every week we see exactly the same tactics, for the entire 90 minutes. It makes the opposition manager's job too easy. It's like watching the total opposite of Total Football.

I know this is desperate measures, but we should consider signing Frank de Boer, I mean he has experience, he is only one year older then Philip Cocu and we are in troubled times

that sounds right, but good wingers are hard to find since very few teams play 4-3-3

I once again claim that Swedish 23 year old (24?) Tobias Hysén would be a good buy. Hope the scouts are watching him. He's a real winger, very fast, good one on one, and with a good left foot. He'd be a very good choice for the left wing, if you ask me.

the only problem with him is that he is looking for a move to england, italy or spain - he or his agent may feel he is beyond AJAX now

I`d love to see Vanden Borre at Ajax. And if we need a central defender then go for Brede Hangeland (http://www.viking-fk.no/spillerene.asp? ... parent=341), not Vlaar. I think Hangeland would become a solid rock in Ajax defense, and he`s out of contract soon so the prize shouldn`t be that expensive.

And what happened to Nando Rafael? Are we going to sign him up for free or not?

Speaking of central defender's and Belgians what about Kompany??? I have seen him play and he looks like the Ajax style defender, skilled,classy, and with an ofensive edge, it's strange that this chap is still playing in his native country.

Kompany ,is only 19, and most of the rich clubs of Europe want him . Chelsea are now linked with him and I think about £ 10 to £ 15m will get him. Nil chance of him coming to us.

We don't need defenders, it's not like we concede 5 goals
However we need WINGERS or simply ATTACKERS we can barely get a good on target shot. Guys like Feyenoord have crap defenders, but super attackers, thats how theyre higher than us. PSV and AZ generally got both.
