No idea what our home and away games will be. I'm hoping for Villa away!

Slavia was ok Zilina great but Villa were the best team from pot 4 and are the best English team and Hamburg will be very hard. Until we know the home games we cannot really say.Cetainly not the toughest group but may well be for us with our non defence

We should be able to get a win at Zilina away, ifs thats the case...we could always get a draw at Hamburg if its tha lasta game and the Germans are already qualified......Still not a bad group...we should manage to get through, with a little luck.

The away games will be tough, but I guess that's how it goes. I agree, could have been worse, but I still think it's a pretty tough group. We avoided some of the real heavyweights. I think we could be in for a fight against Villa, Hamburg, and Slavia though.

One of those teams has to play against the CL group 3rd place team, though.

You only play the 3rd place CL team in the next rounds.If we win our 2 home games we will go through. At least we have the 2 weakest teams at home.

Some interesting fixtures. I'm going to see if the Trans-Atlantic tunnel is finished in time to drive over for the Aston Villa match.

I think its a tough group,but we could finish third with a bit of luck.......ok a lot of luck.Any of you guys up for Villa and Hamburg?

I'm up for Villa if I can get tickets. Nothing on the Villa website yet.

Praying we get some of our injured back sooner rather than later . If we are healthier, we should be right there for third.

I think we could very well get a draw at ¨Villa Park¨ it seems dificult but teams look to be a bit careful in the first match so maybe we could sneak through and earn a point....guess time will tell.

I'm possibly up for the Villa game too but must admit I was assuming that I won't get a ticket. If that's possible then I'll definately try to make it. Have been to Villa once before but that must have been about 16 years ago....

Villa away will be tough to get tickets for.

From what I've read on some of their forums, they haven't been in Europe for a while and all of their fans really seem to be looking forward to the Ajax game. General expectation is that they'll sell the place out, so it will be hard to get tickets in the U.K.

I won't be any easier over here. I don't know how many tickets will be allocated to Ajax, but I think demand will be massive. Ajax fans regard this as a fantastic European away fixture and I expect the away end to be packed as well. Most flights to Birmingham are already fully booked.

I'm not going myself. I'm finishing a book, I already crossed my deadline and I just have to focus for a few weeks. No trips until it's done; plain simple. Hamburg away? For sure!

This weekend's result in the Czech league: Sparta Prague - Slavia Prague 1-4.

Sparta sacked their head-coach because of it. Just to illustrate that Slavia Prague won't be a piece of cake. They're a pretty decent football team, actually. Let's not talk about 'revenge' or anything (as if last season's defeat was some little accident). Let's just give everything we've got and try to win this match.

no but a very good friend of mine has season ticket and his brother does.. but his brother is on holiday.. so i got his allocated ticket.. :)
