Why should we only look in the Eredivisie? Can't our scouts find anything beyond the borders of The Netherlands?

Of course they do and they have scouted Messi, Ronaldo, Aguero, Lewandowski, and a bunch of other middling talents. Given that the club has a pretty strong salary cap (no player will be paid over €1M/year it's not going to happen. Remember that they have brought in several young Danish players and have some foreign born youth in the system right now.
