Damn it. Well I guess 2-0 may have been a bit flattering... We're trying to play lots of possession with short, low balls but not always having the quality to pull it off.

We're winning with two well taken goals, taking advantage of the space given by wisgerhof and douglas. However, Twente dominated possesion, with Ruiz being a constant threat though he has had to look for the ball very far awat from where he can be dangerous. However, we have to fix somethings in midfield. De zeuww, eriksen and anite are playing very far away from each other. Brouma found too much space in his goal, something we have to be careful of. Our goals don't mean we were dominating the match so we have to be careful.

Groningen, April 10. We also have the best defense (if you can call it that) in terms of fewest goals allowed. I didn't get a clear look at the Brama's goal to see who was at fault but clearly somebody missed picking him up. Shame to concede a goal so close to the halftime whistle.

2 well taken goals but defence was asleep for their goal. Winning this is still going to be tough but another goal from us will make it easier.

Ooh cheers! Dutch rather than English commentary but a full size picture so I'll watch the second half on here rather than squinting at the betting company version....

It was sloppy play all round for their goal and Vermeer was left exposed after Jan's missed tackle. I think an early goal in the 2nd half will take the wind out of them and I think we need to give up less space in midfield.

De Zeeuw and De Jong are working very hard off the ball which is a good sign, get Mickey more involved and we might see some success. If he can get running at Douglas who is on a yellow... Who knows?!
