Yes he did and if you take money away from f*cking Chelsea, it's always deserved in my eyes.

At that time he bought a very big house in Zwanenburg, nearby Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. He took a daily flight to Gatwick or Luton (don't know which one is closest to the Chelsea training ground) and showed up on time for the training every day.

Chelsea was pissed off having to pay a high salary a couple of years for a player that did not play for the first team. Meanwhile they used players like Mario Melchiot, also not a great defender.

They tried to provoke Winston Bogarde, wanted to get him into a fight so that he would punch a teammate or a coach and then Chelsea could fire him. But Bogarde new he had a big of an agressive character but meanwhile he thought "f*ck you Chelsea, you can't piss me off and I will take all your money"

Their training ground in those days was very near Heathrow so he flew from Amsterdam to Heathrow everyday.

A "ton" in this case means a 100.000 euros. He was in a commercial for a kind of lottery when they made this joke.

Yep, winst = profit, and what a 'ton' is, is pretty clear. So this lottery thought it was funny to switch the two syllables of his name and make two words out of it : 'ton' and 'winst'...

FdB had a rather interesting comment regarding Huntelaar. he noted that the club does need another striker as el Ghazi is the only back up right now and Dohlberg is not ready for first team action. No mention at all of Zivkovic. I guess he is on the outs with FdB and probably not long for Ajax though it's difficult to see who will take him given his very poor loan spell with Willem II.

What will we do with El Azzouzi as he is scoring goals for Twente! I assume he will be loaned again or sold.Zivkovic will be loaned and Hendriks our 3rd Jong Ajax striker sold. If Milik is sold not sure we will buy 2 strikers.

all of this really depends on whether Milik stays with Ajax. Personally, I think el Ghazi's best position is as striker.
