Good news we won 3-0 with Fischer ,the 17 year old Danish Kid scored 2 goals and Schoop the other. Schoop went off injured about 15 mins from the end carried off with his neck in a brace so hope he will be ok . Gravenberch replaced him and El Hasnaoui another 17 year old came on late for Fischer. Apart from Fischer I liked the look of Sporkslede,a right footed central defender who played in front of the back 4 .Veltman and Denswil were both good in CD and left back Dijks impressed. Klaassen ok but Rits not much .I think we were overall an older side but our defence handled them very easily.

we now play Liverpool in the semi.

Barca had some kids born in 1994 and 1995 whereas our players were mainly born in 1993 with Ligeon and Veltman 1992. The only players we had born in 1994 were V d Hart Fischer plus the 2 late subs. Thus we had an older more experienced team.

I assume Cruyff would have liked a few 16 year olds playing for us and we would have thus struggled. Well the best of our players born in 1995 have been playing for Dutch U17 in Portugal but even if they hadn't I doubt they would have played in this game. I do not believe Ligeon and Veltman should have played as they are both almost 20, although Rits is actually a month younger than Bouy who has left the team.

Anyway with the shambles at the club both on and off the park at least this was a bright spot in the season.

Our A1 are playing the semi final of the Next gen Series U `19 at Liverpool on Weds Ko 20.00 CET Game is on Eredivise live so should be a decent stream on sopcast .
However for other English fans who have sky then the game is on Liverpool TV Channel 434 on sky . Its free on sky sports so should get to see it on real TV .

You can have 3 players born 1992 so Ligeon Rits and Veltman should be going . So Busse , plays tonight for the Jong Ajax and regular Jong players Ligeon and Veltman are likely to play for the A1 !!

The only thing that Sopcast lists is the Eredivise Live stream which is blocked here in the US.

you might find a stream on sopcast just before Ko which wont be until 20.15 CET I am spoilt as its on Liverpool Tv which is free on sky sports .

The future is pretty bright for Ajax given the quality of play today. A number of these players are future first teamers. Well done and now on to the finals!

Ehh, no.

Don't think Eriksen is ready for EPL but if we get an offer of say 20m euros maybe we will say yes .At best I only see him staying one more year .

As for Fischer well he said no to the rich english clubs only last summer to join us . Cannot see him leaving at this stage to be stuck in Man U juniors . He is not considered ready for eredivise at present although I think he is in a different class to Ozbiliz and Ebecilio. I am hopeful he will stay .

Of the others I think Klaassen and Denswil have a big future and I like the look of Dijks . de Sa scored a nice goal but I am not sure he is going to be any better than Ebecilio Ozbiliz
Lukoki or Jozefzoon. The best winger in Holland is Narsingh and we got rid of him in the junoirs and may now have to pay the best part of 10m if we want him .

Been busy so I hadn't checked this site for a week or so so completely missed about last nights game though I'm watching the repeat on Liverpool FC TV now.

Just checked and the final is at Brisbane Road (Leyton Orient) on the 25th, £3.00 for a ticket. Not sure if anyone else is planning a trip but that's very tempting for me, an easy trip and next to nothing for the ticket.....
