Wow.. I'm starting to think that you either are Johan himself, or you work for his PR....

I am sorry to ask something that maybe is obvious to many of you, but I find difficult to understand how does the Ajax board work. Can someone help me? We have three levels, as far as I know.

Raad van Commissarissen: installed today, we have a new chairman after coronel and a new board including davids and cruyff. it decides the general and financial policy and represents all the shareholders?
Bestuur: that one was also guided by coronel. what now and what functions it has? to mediate between the board and the directie?
Directie: ok, it is where the policy and the football decisions are effectively made. and where we'll have a new general director together with financial director slop and commercial director van der aat. blind also here? or is a lower level?

If someone has patience to explain, I'll be thankful

Here is my vision:

The "Bestuur" could also be translated as "board" if I'm correct (in french, I translate it as "Bureau" in this context). It is composed by 3 persons and it leads the association Ajax, which is the main shareolder of Ajax N.V., the professionnal football club run by the "board" (formerly Van den Boog & co).
The members of the "Bestuur" used to compose the Raad van Commissarissen (Supervisory board / Conseil d'Administration) and was completed with 2 other people. Obviously, this is no longer the case...

They want to change that model and it seems there will be two chairmen : Ten Have in the Raad van Commissarissen, and another one in the Bestuur of the association (?). And today they suggest there might be a bestuur for Ajax NV...

Cruyff was elected to the Board yesterday but apparently was a no show. I wish he would decide one way or the other whether he is going to participate or not.

Er ... can anybody give us a status update on where they are with this?
I haven't heard anything in ages and I 'm curious on where they are with the "Cruyff Revolution" (or not).

The mention of Hiddink as being under consideration was a surprise to me.

I'd be shocked if Guus Hiddink becomes our new DoF. A Led Zeppelin reunion is more likely.

I was thinking that with a new chairman and a new general director the structure would be complete. Also beacause Jonk and Bergkamp have finally signer their contracts and will form the "technical heart" of the club same with FdB.
But I was wrong, reading this:

Spaan en sportverslaggever Pim Overbeeke (op Twitter) maakten dit weekend ook al aanstalten om meer bekend te maken 'over de werkelijke afzegging' van Marco Van Basten bij Ajax. Overbeeke twitter zondagmiddag: 'Het lijkt een kwestie van tijd voor de ware reden -waarom #Van Basten het niet doet- naar boven komt! Stuk van Spaan gisteren helpt daarbij!'.

Vandaag is overigens ook het kort geding van de BAN tegen Ajax over de anti-jodenzaak.

I think that only one person - and this is Kowalczyck- can explain us what is happening on the "silent" war of ajax board. I think the situation is awful.

Steven ten Have (head of board of directors) is disappointed in Cruijff because Cruijff never attends a meeting etc etc. He released that interview today in an Amsterdam newspaper.

And minutes ago a bomb exploded:

Louis IN, that must mean that Johan is OUT.

Johan Cruijff has just been informed about this news. He must be having a heartattack.
