Typical Eurosport, for anyone who thought I was exagerating, their coverage started 17 minutes late as they were showing highly interesting recorded highlights of yacht sailing :sleepey:

They still don't have any live games listed but for anyone with Setanta in the UK, the NAC Breda game will be shown 6.30pm on Sunday on Setanta Sports 2 and 3.30pm on Monday on Setanta Sports 1 (the channel I've got :cheer: ).

Delayed for one day is better than nowt.

And, according to the Setanta North America schedule, the Ajax-NAC game will be broadcast same day at 10pm.

It seems to me like that would make the chance bigger that they'll show it somewhere on the web as well. Or is that crazy thinking?

I'm not sure. Do you mean Talpa's eredivisie highlight show? I don't think so. I'm just happy they're showing any games at all.

Thomas, from what I can see from ESPN sites, none of their stations are showing Eredvisie football this season. We had one game a week (and cup games) on ESPN Pacific Rim for the last few years but nothing at all this year.

Plus on a free to air channel is Aus (SBS), it has a weekly football package that shows a few games from over the world each week. Occasionally we will get a Dutch game (eg: JC Shield), but its very hit and miss.

Talpa had a vodcast available last season with their highlights package of the Dutch leauge available via iTunes, however this doesn't seem to be the case this year. Instead they have over bloated their site and I can't seem to get anything to stream on it.

NAC vs Ajax will be televised in US on Setanta NA, according to their website. 7pm pacific, 10pm eastern; that's half-day delayed, but who cares!? First Eredivisie game on television for me in years... :bis:

I believe Setanta are Irish owned whereas ESPN are American so no, I don't think so.

It's great that Ajax are back on U.S. television. Wonderful. Be warned, though: Ajax USA will update the homepage with the result, and publish a match report a.s.a.p. If you don't want to know the result, then don't visit Ajax USA on matchday until after the Setanta broadcast.

I just weatched the Start game in De Hems, the Dutch bar in London. If anyone is interested they have big signs up saying that they are showing live Eredivisie again this season (through Tele2.nl - check the listings)
