FdB has been consistently bad regarding tactics. He was fortunate in that the rest of the league was pretty bad during the first three championship runs.

Won't happen but I want Marcelo Bielsa as manager. He would strike fear in the players and the rest of the league.

It would be fun to see him in the Eredisie, but his team usually suffer burnout after 6 months.

Would love to see Rijkaard but doubt he would want the job. Easy for us all to get rid of FDB but before him we changed coaches every other season. I would be happy for Jonk to get the job ,he will fill the team with mainly youth and get them playing Ajax type football.

I don't think Rodney Sneijder is playing for anyone these days. He signed for Dundee United in Scotland but was released prior to the season starting.

Sneijder had some virus and had his contract cancelled by Dundee U earlier in the season,soon after joining them.

I see Serero is dropped from the squad and it makes it stupid we did not sell him to Standard Liege last week.A decent player he is now 6th choice midfielder but I guess some weeks v d Beek may play for Jong leaving Serero on the bench.

PS of course I rate Gudelj 6th choice and Serero 7th choice as Nouri is above both and should be in our squad.

Youth player Jordy Bruijn is being released as his contract will not be renewed. He has suffered several injuries over the past couple of years and has not played much at all.

Been out today so just catching up. Not surprised that Bruijn is going,too many injuries .I expect a few more Jong players will go.

Chelsea looking at Bazoer and seem to want to buy him in the summer.Talk from fans we should ask 50 m!! Well a lovely goal last week but his form for a while now is nothing special.He is not a 50 m player . He is level headed and I think he will say no to anyone other than Barca this summer.He will be a very top player but needs another year with us.

Evidently Bazoer's brother and agent was at Chelsea training ground yesterday and reports suggest Chelsea want to pay 30m euros. Press suggests Ajax waiting for a bidding war but Bazoer is a sensible lad and doubt he will go to Chelsea.

Whatever we get, we paid 75000 euros for him only 3 years ago.Only started playing with our youths in August 2013 he has been an Ajax player less than 3 years so 30m is a fantastic sum . I think he should stay 1 more year as he is not ready for a top EPL just yet.

Bazoer his publicly stated he wants to play for Barca. I'm not sure his handling speed is quick enough to play for them. No way is he as good on the ball as Rakotic who is the player most like him.

Danny Bakker a Jong Ajax midfielder is being released.His contract is up this summer and Ajax are not taking up the option.He played a lot before Christmas but is never going to be an Ajax 1st teamer.

He joins Bruijn in leaving but other Jong with contracts up this summer are Alblas,goalie who has been injured for nearly a year, Vissie, Warmerdam, El Mahdioui,Mirani and V Bruggen.Ajax have to inform them of their intentions this month so there will be a few more leaving.

Looks like the clean out is beginning. Defender Damon Mirani is being allowed to leave after his contract is up this June.

Dont think Mirani is that special and not first team standard. Mind he has today been included in the Dutch U20 squad for a friendly this month (mind some lad who plays for Charlton reserves in England has been included)

Leicester City want Mitchell Dijks ,talk of 12m euros. A good attacking full back but nothing special defending.Trouble is we have no other left back coming through .Savastano was going to be played at Jong this season but he is never fit.

...and Leicester City is almost a lock to play Champions League football next year!!!! Maybe they will be interested in Boilesen who is on a free transfer this June!

Newcastle also looking at Dijks. Yesterday he was missing when they attacked down his flank for their first, and gave away the ball which resulted in their right winger going up field unchallenged to cross for the 2nd .Dijks looks great surging up the park but is never very accurate with crosses.As for defending ,well he is poor imo. I am old fashioned and still think fullbacks should be good defenders first ,like Tete.

When we had Tete,Veltman Riedewald ,Dijks lack of defending didn't matter but now we have v d Hoorn and Viergever in Cd it shows up more.

If we get a bid of 12 or 13 m we should take it .

Newcastle look like they will be relegated unless Benitez can pull a rabbit out of a hat. Don't know if the four Dutch players have release clauses if that happens.

Fischer told the Danish press he is very frustrated at only being sub at Ajax. His contract is up in 2017 and he has struggled since returning from injury .Younes is keeping him out and I think we will see Fischer leave this summer.

Most of our major players will likely stay but with only 20 first teamers I see V Rhijn ,v d Hoorn Serero Schone Fischer all leave.I wont speculate on the majors leaving but 2 or 3 could be off so 8 out of 20 could leave .Thats if we win the title and are in the CL next season.

Will be an interesting summer especially as Jong Ajax have only de Jong Nouri Cerny and Muric good enough to be promoted.

Still nothing from Ajax on which Jong are leaving .However Iceland youth striker Ottar Karlsson is not getting a new contract . He was loaned to Sparta in January but they did not want to sign him so he has left there and has been released by us on a free contract and has returned to Iceland to join a club there.

Xavier Mous ,a goalie who has been on loan at Oss all season is being released,his contract is up.
