Very odd that Ligeon extended his contract to 2017 before going on loan to Willem.Cannot see us ever wanting him back .

Bas Kuipers who spent last season on loan at Excelsior has joined them on a free transfer with his contract with us up.

Looks like Willem will get Zivkovic and Ligeon on loan and also de Sa ,although his contract runs out next June.

Dico Koppers ,our former LB has also joined Willem from Twente so looks like Willem are going to be our Dutch feeder club.

Depending on what happens with Siggie and who we pick up I imagine that this means Fischer is under serious consideration as a #9 now.

De Telegraph is reporting that Siggy has signed for Nantes for around 3 mil euros. I'm guessing this will go through without anymore drama.... It's been said that Overmars could not make another purchase until this was completed. A Czech player, Kadlec is a rumored replacement, but at 1.8 m, same as Fischer, seems more as a winger than striker. But Ajax has plenty of wing players. Need a big striker and CB then all set for another tittle.

Hopefully good news and Siggy goes. Still think he will score goals if he gets the right team and 2 proper wingers

Well, Siggy wasn't Zlatan or Jari but I still don't think he was as bad as he was made out to be. Got more blame than he deserved IMHO. I hope he does well at his next club.

Aston Villa fancy Boilesen and we want 3m euros they may pay 2m. Not sure when he is fit as he injured his hamstring again.
His father has said he is prepared to stay for next season and leave on a free next summer when his contract is up.If by 1st sept he hasn't gone we should stick him in the Jong squad for the season.We paid him in full for about 3 years of injury and he wants to walk out for free.Ungrateful ! I could put something stronger .

^^I couldn't have put it better myself! Not only was he paid but he was named deputy captain of the team as well.

most of you know by now he is far from my favourite player. I honestly believe that he has been completely useless since we got him. He showed a tiny hope of promise early on, but for me, he cant defend well enough, he cant pass, and cant control the play.

I dont like to say it, (i dont like comparing leagues) but if he moves to Villa he will quickly see just how poor he is. He will get torn to shreds week in week out... if he is fit.

Talk that we want a striker and a winger .Well with Siggy gone it looks like we may lose a winger.Real Sociedad have been to Ajax for Kishna but he evidently did not fancy them.

I think he has potential but all the time his agent Raiola is pulling his strings he is not worth keeping. He gives the
impression he does not want to be with us so lets just get rid.We have plenty of other young wingers who do want to stay and play for us.

It always used to happen on Champ Manager and FIFA, if a player transfered to/from the prem league, their stats would change massively! the stupid english media is to blame if you ask me!
