as for this linesman, he is clearly on the crack rock

What we learned from the first half:
1) don't ever trust that Portuguese officials will be fair if a Spanish team is playing,
2) Dalley Blind cannot play in the center of defense
3) Ebecilio is not nearly good enough to play at this level (puzzle because of what he did last year)
4) Madrid's 'B' team is not really that good
5) Janssen is too slow and doesn't contribute

On Ebecilio, for parts of last season I think he started to believe his own hype a-la Ryan Babel and stopped performing. I have had to turn this game off, being sick and watching Ajax against Madrid with something riding on it is not a great combo. My toilet would feel like it's being punished

Janssen was just a bad buy plain and simple, no energy, no legs, well one, his left which still isn't much good. He is an example of a half decent player in a good team looking better than he is.
