What do you guys reckon about Blind at left back? He got skinned once or twice by Leo, and when he's on the ball he looks terrified...

OK so let's half the second half is an improvement - like in the cup game. This is going to sound silly but one thing I really miss about watching football on the TV is the build up and the half time in the stadium etc (ie the atmsophere at the ground). With Bet 365 they just leave the camera running so you get all of that - really small point but thought I'd say it. I think it means that I'm a "live" fan at heart who just watches Ajax on TV through circumstance (though I do go to games here fairly regularly).

I think Ian made a similar point mid-week re the lack of commentary so I don't feel alone in this.

Still too early to say. Problem with his passing out from the back is that we don't have anyone in the midfield creating space for a pass out. NAC are doing a good job of pressing and we need to address that.

Why was the NAC defender who just elbowed de Jong not carded?????

I don't think Blind is going to cut it as the left back.

You're speaking of those mighty teams that struggled to beat Willem II at 11 vs 9 or are struggling against Feyenoord (1-1 btw)?

Haha yeah I know what you mean, but they always seem to magically discover greatness against us, just like Utrecht now that I think of it.

I hope the kakkerlakken finish off Twente today, would be rather nice to make the gap a little smaller
