oof how was that not a penalty??? Because it's Suarez, that's why

Damn that was a cheap goal but I'm not surprised given how we are playing.

What a disappointing goal to give -- I up to now we had stopped giving up those kind. The way they are outmuscling us all over the field I hope that was the last one they get.

Well, that was an awful game. I suppose we could easily have lost it, but it's pretty clear on performances like that why we're in no position to win the league.

Tough match. Defense held up quite well, only a cheap goal given up when Urby's back pass wasn't strong enough (he should have kicked to safety). We had some chances and Suarez should have had a penalty when he was chopped down. I guess it's a fair result given that we played extra time on Wednesday. Would have liked to come away with all three points but sometimes it just doesn't work out that way. Let's hope Twente give up points today.

Suarez fouled in the penalty area, and then, Feyenoord scores. I think I've seen this game last season...
Well, I'm not sure Ajax deserved to win anyway but it becomes really annoying those fouls on Suarez.

Suarez was a cert penalty I am just watching it on slow mo. Their goal was lucky as our defender just stuck afoot out to divert the ball which wrong footy Steks . Still not sure whether he should then have got it !!!

It was not a great game to watch . I thought Oleguer was ok considering he has not played since the Anderlecht game .

The good news come from Aarnhem : Philips confirm they are in bad shape.

problem is they are 9 points ahead of us.

And FC Twente won today getting two after the 70 minute mark.

The big surprise of the day was the performance of Oleguer - he looked more than half-decent. Mind you, he won't come up against strikers as s-l-o-w as Tomasson and Makaay every week. Those guys move like molasses.

We were clearly better, and had to suffer some "à la maison" refereeing (Vink trok na Feyenoord-Ajax (1-1) het boetekleed aan. "Nu ik de beelden heb teruggezien, was het moment met Luis Suarez een strafschop. Er was contact." ). It was a bloody penalty.

Considering that a mediocre side like feyenuts can trash Philips, like they did earlier this week, there is still hope.
