Yes, I'm running SopCast on a Mac. You need a relatively new computer (<3 years old) and you can run it with no problems using boot camp

I reckon there's a goal in this for us...

1-0 full time. Poor play in the midfield. We did have a couple of chances in the final ten minutes but couldn't make much of them. We are going to struggle scoring Suarez seems to be the only threat we have. Twente took away the passing lanes and we didn't seem to have any solution at all. Sulejmani might just as well have not taken the field today. I think the result is in, we wasted a lot of €€ on him. Don't know if he has a position on this team. Don't know why Cvitanich wasn't brought on as he seems to have a sense for where the goal is. It is going to be a difficult climb to the top this year.

Clearly midfield-creative problem. Mickey couldnt solve it but we dont have a "good" Aissati

Don't think the goal was soft. great placement on the kick and Ruiz was right there. It was Enoh's stupid play that gave the kick away that was cheap.

A struggle today and if Suarez was to get an injury or go do not see where goals will come from. I am not in favour of playing all 3 of Enoh De Zeeuw or Gabri there is no creative midfielder . We cannot give
up on Sulejmani but I do not rate him and who ever decided to pay 16m euros should be shot . Seriously on his form at Ajax we would get 2m euros if we were lucky from a Russian side.


(Very frustrating with sopcast today . In the end I held down the blue arrow for about 30 secs and it worked. Guess what at the end of the game sopcast was connecting normally and the game was on about 3 stearms so there may have been a problem today. However in the 10 mins or so I could not see the game I did not miss anything )

There is still along way to go but finishing above Twente and Psv is going to be hard.Probably good there is a 2 week break.

Tight game. I enjoyed it.

With a bit of luck we could have scored in the first half (Suárez), but after Twente's goal we didn't create anything. They're a good side. Good defense. Good attitude. They really wanted to hold on to that 1-0 lead and in the end they deserved the win.

Shit happens.

We still get PSV and Twente at home, so it's not over yet. Over all, I'm still pretty happy with the results from the past fifteen days (Zagreb, AZ, Dordrecht, Feyenoord, Zagreb, Twente).

Yeah me too! Very tough battling midfield game with only Enoh's given away free kick (he was poor today) in it really. No stand out Ajax players for me, with a few having below par games but for all that Twente weren't really that much better. Stekelenburg I thought had a great game though I notieced De Zeuw getting muscled off the ball a couple of times which I haven't seen before.

A whole lot more entertaining than the AZ/Feyenoord bore-draw that ESPN showed live before this one anyway.

I am still happy with the defence as they are very young and Aldweireld and Anita are still very inexperienced . Since dropping the old crap players after PSV only twice have we let in 2goals in a match ie Roda where it did matter and AZ but Pelle's goal was superb but it did not matter. Still think we are moving in the right direction after all we finished the game with 7 from the academy , 6 of whom were 23 and under.

Now that the edge of the disappointment has warn off, I wonder how we can patch up the midfield. things were too congested and the spacing was not there today (hence all the give aways). We really miss Sneijder. I think of all the recent transfers, this is the one the hurt the team the most. Nobody has been able to step in to that position. Is Aisatti up to the physical play? I don't know. None of the youth players have shown that they can come into that position. I'm wondering if this would be a fit for Sulejmani. He does have good ball skills but seems to not get the job done as a winger. We're just not going to get creative with Gabri, Enoh and de Zeeuw in the midfield. Two week break to reflect and set things right.

A bitter defeat, De Zeeuw and Pantelic injured, 6 points behind Twente. Not a good day...

Yeh I didn't enjoy it much either. Sloppy play from Ajax for the most part

Twente have a really good and strong side. But is seems likely that they will eventually collapse by the end of the season, just like AZ did 2 or 3 years ago.

Disappointed as well, but that's reality. I think Twente were (and this season on the whole) are the better team. Once they scored there really wasn't any getting through their defense. I wish we'd had made a move for Douglas a few years back, he's always impressed me.

I guess Cvitanich isn't really rated any more, I would have liked to see him rather than Sulejmani or Rommedahl.

It was a tough stretch of games, and even though I think this was the one I'd liked to have most, we still came out fairly well. I don't think we played horrible, Twente just played better and smarter. Hoping for that collapse later in the season, we just need to keep improving.

Not sure about Vink either, even though it benefited us, could have had a mountain of cards if he was consistent.
