We definitely looked a bit flaccid in the final third there, but Sparta haven't had a chance and don't seem to be able to get the ball...

Crosses are without purpose and everyone seems a step too slow. Sparta have not shown much quality and I worry about a counter attack in the 2nd half. We need a quick goal to put them on their heels. I think these Europa matches being played on Thursdays are not fair. I know they don't want to interfere with CL matches but it puts the teams who play on Thursday in poor shape for a weekend league match

Please, don't let this be one of those games we used to have where we dominate yet forget to score.

Sparta have put 11 men behind the ball and look, no threat whatsoever, but how many times have we said that in the past and been hit on the break...

That said, whilst Ajax have had the most possesion, we haven't actually done anything with it! Need to step it up a gear to break these lot down...
