His agent has returned from Espanyol without an agreement on wages. I will stick to my opinion that this guy wont go anywhere this season and we will give him a free transfer in the summer. No one else is going to pay him 1.5m euros a year that we are paying . As well as letting him go for free I think we will end up paying him 1m euros so he can go elsewhere on a lower wage.

Espanyol now looking elsewhere .Only team still interested is Birmingham in our Championship div.They may consider a loan but need to sell someone first ie. so thats a no go.

Seems El Ham wants compensation for not playing this last year and Ajax have said no . If this transfer breaks down I think it will go to court and El ham will ask for his contract to be terminated . Ajax could take 4m now from Fiorentina ,give El ham say 1m .As it is I believe he will leave next summer for nothing and not only is that nealry another 1m in salary I would see us probably having to pay say another years salary .
So take 3m now or come the summer be 3m out of pocket !!!

Every day I get more depressed by the people not running this club and sadly that includes Frank de Boer. We have always been slow in extending contracts and must have lost millions over the years but do not learn . Sounds as if he still wants compensation . Imo he wont go anywhere until we let him go for free. If he wont go unless he gets compensation let him rot in the Jong until 2014 when his contract is up .He clearly is only interested in money like this other waste of space Bouy .

Just read its off .Ajax wanted a Bank guarantee at the last moment according to Fiorentina. Cannot believe Ajax waited until today to ask for such a guarantee.

So it looks like this guy will stay until the summer when he will go for nothing and we will pay him off . I think we may as well give him the remaining 4m plus wages of his contract now and tell him to go.
