personally i would like to see Fword finish 2nd, its been a long time since we had a real good competative rivalry with them.

You and I may be the only people who feel this way. I know that no match compares to the Klassieker, but these days I dislike PSV more than 010. I'd especially love for them to finish out of the Champions League spots this year, forcing a huge sell-a-thon.

Add one more to this. I like what Feyenoord has done with their youth system and it's too bad that their misguided policy of bringing in the old guard led to financial problems (Makaay, Thomasson, von Bronckhorst, etc.) necessitating the sell off of some of the youth. I would rather we battle them for 1st place each season!

I did want to say this last weekend ie I have no problem with Fw 2nd and the main reason they are putting a lot of effort into Dutch youth and unlike us have lost some really talented 16 year old ie Rekik has already played in Man City 1st team , Ake at Chelsea,Ebecilio at Arsenal and even Castiagnos left at barely 19 for what 4m euros.

Now you will all think I am jumping on the band wagon but I was going to post the above para on sunday . What stopped me was the prospect of Menno ie Ko banning me from the site !!!!

My main choice of 2nd is Az but I really do not want to see the lightbulbers 2nd

I prefer AZ 2nd, but , as long as bulbs finish beneath De (F)Tukkers , and F-word, don't care where Fw finish. No denying that two very competitive Klassiekers per season are a good thing. No other rivalry in Holland is as intense.

i must admit i really dislike PSV and to a certain extent twente. im really smug this season with the amount of results and points twente has thrown away towards the end of a game, seing as when they won the title it was constant 1-0 wins and last minute results. wound me up.

I agree with you guys, a strong rivalry with the ARCHRIVALS is what everybody likes. But tell me... Who can stand Verbeek????

to be honest, she just adds to their annoyancies. she is the most close minded blinkered person i have ever had the misfortune to come across.

thats the primary reason i rarely go there anymore, because its just pointless when nobody but her is allowed an opinion.. but thats another story i guess..

Oh dear PSV currently 2-0 up at Roda . With ADO at home and Excelsior away they should win all 3 and I fear they will finish 2nd.

So I see that PSV are bringing back the 100 year old Mark van Bommel and the failed Dick Advocaat. I suspect the good citizens of Eindhoven are regretting their decision to bail out the club last summer. I wonder what the young players who just transferred in must be thinking right now.

I hope Heerenveen will beat Fayenoord for the last game of the season.

I hope no one minds me saying I am glad Fword finished 2nd ahead of PSV.Like us are focusing on dutch youth which must be good for Holland. PSV
will now have to sell .Twente are going to be selling their best players,looks like they should have stuck with Co Adriannse as Mc Laren has seen them go from 2nd to 6th .

This is great the 3th place for the money wasting lights from Eindhoven! How great is it to see them get even more frustrated than you could ever imagine!

As Don Meredith, American Football legend, used to say : Turn out the lights (PSV) , the party's over !! Couldn't happen to a nicer club.

Feyenoord are our 'enemies', but at least they paid for their resurrection themselves. They had a great season. Good work by Ronald Koeman, too.

PSV received 48 million euros from the local government, in a smart and legal but 'morally' quite dodgy construction involving the sale of property, and went on a shopping spree with it. It's just great that it didn't work out.

Weren't Twente 2nd when they sacked dear old Co and replaced him with Mc Laren . What a great move that was .de Jong Douglas and Chadli will all be sold and maybe John so thats all their remaining best players.

AZ's Maher has said today that he wants to leave and some big clubs are interested. This lad surely isn't ready to leave Holland after just 1 season ! He could go the way of Castaignos ,who moved last summer to Inter and hasn 't seen much action.

Lucky we have Eriksen who is clearly very bright and not yet turned by money and still sees himself here for at least 1 more year .

Twente will get one of the three 'Fair Play Tickets' UEFA is providing (this season one for Norway, one for Finland, one for The Netherlands) so they will participate in Europe League qualification. They have to start in the very first qualification round, first matches on 5 July and 12 July.

kuyt has confirmed he wont be joining the f-worders. he would in his words, "lose 80%" of his wages. so no go..

worth noting v nistelrooy has retired also..
