Frank de Boer will always be a hero for 1995 but he took over a struggling team playing crap footy , decided kids were the answer and he was right. No Suarez since late November Steks injured, no real striker for many games in 2011 but we are back.

It's been a long time that we've been bitching about how bad things have gone, from the days of Ronald Koeman through Blind, Ten Cate, Koster, Van Basten and Jol. It just makes the championship sweeter.

I wish we could all be in Amsterdam together, but until that day happens, we'll always have Ajaxtalk.

And much respect to DeBoer. It's amazing what he's done with this young team. Also, I have to say, I really feel happy for Danny Blind. That guy has been through so much and had every reason to leave this club, but he stayed here and I hope he enjoys every minute of this.

I think that everything's been said! How many times have Ajax been top of the league this season? All that matters is that at 16:23, the whistle was blown on what looked a bad season eight weeks ago!!! Isn't it amazing what little help from the Youth can do!!!!!

haha that's lovely. Its funny how we will remeber this team. They never played an epic dominating match, maybe against AZ and this one are the only ones. But what the heck!! It's our third star!

Still as we all know it does not matter where you are during the season just where you finish after that last game AND AJAX ARE 1ST.
No crap Europa league where Birmingham Stoke and even Fulham will be, no Champion League qualifiers and no Milan and Real Madrid in the same group .

You know what's freaky - at some point last year I had said that we never won the Eredivisie since Urby moved to the first team. People didn't like that comment of mine.

But lo and behold - Urby's gone and we have our first Championship in 7 years.
