Wow.

Wonder at what cost this will come in at? Not good really.. and sad for the people caught up in it too. Hope everyone gets out (relatively) unscaved.

But that really could push a cost and time up a lot.

My heartfelt condolences go out to the family of the worker who lost his life. Best wishes for a full recovery for those injured in this terrible accident .

I saw a comment on Big Soccer about Ajax supporters asking Ajax to put the forward the ArenA as a ground possibility for FC Twente's CL Qualifier. Also, I saw put forward the idea that FCT may choose The Gelredome. Just speculation.

The more games that they and other Eredivisie teams win will improve our coefficient so that some day we may get two pool spots instead of one!

If Twente don't make it into the CL, Ajax receives about 8mln euro extra tv cash.

I know some of you are all pro-coefficients when it comes o other dutch teams competing in european tournaments. but franly, after losing twice to them last year, I'm kinda happy ADO are out of the Europa League! AZ is through though.

Twente get an incredibly tough draw in the 4th qualifying round of the champions league. they will play Benfica! If Twente go through it will surely be surprising.

Not surprised - I went to the first leg in Alkmaar (an early 40th birthday present to myself - one day early) - FK Jablonec were really weak and AZ should have been more than 2-0 up....
