I see that AC Milan has sacked Clarence Seedorf as manager, less than five months into the 2 1/2-year contract he signed in January, and replaced him with Pippo Inzaghi. His severance is supposedly about €10M, plus he's free of that hideous Silvio Berlusconi, so I guess we shouldn't feel too sorry for him. Would love to see him come back to Ajax in some capacity....

They have not announced the Spanish league fixtures. Probably will be announced next week and then we can figure out which games he will miss.

I guess Barcelona is finally making the switch to the whole modernised football transition tactics. The World Cup made it the top priority of today's football. The whole super athlete's of the 2000s and onwards, would eventually come to this. Playing the game with speed, strength and less talent needed. That's why, I guess, the whole WC didn't have clear favorites and the matches were so interesting with the ball going up and down all the time.

to be fair, whats not to be upset about at a club like newcastle? it appears (in my personal opinion) to be run stupidly

Bouy is being loaned to Panathinaikos Athens. It's where Yannis Anastasiou works as the manager. I might keep you informed, if it is 100% sure, about him. Lets hope he makes an impression and remind the big talent he once was

I googled it and looks like just a lot of idle chatter. vdV says QPR have not contacted him at all. I just want them to take Sigthorrsson away and really don't care if they get vdV or not.

My paper just said VDV has had no contact with QPR. I too just want QPR to take Siggy asap.

i want siggy gone, but id also be a bit miffed if vdVaart went QPR, im sure we would be a better choice, and even though a lot will disagree here, i think he would do us some good.. SO LONG... as he was a bench type impact player

i know its only pre season but bojan is 2 goals in 2 games...

also, man utd have bid 10m euros for de Jong from AC Milan, good signing IMO.
