If Ajax win their next three, they will have 85 competition points - the most since 1997-98. Goals scored, too, I think.
Not sure what this says about the standard of the eredivisie, but a fair achievement, and a positive sign for the future.

The VVV squad photo belongs on a milk carton . If I didn't know better, I would swear those were yellow (shirted) practice cones . They made Tom Sier look like Johan Cruijff. Ajax absolutely humbled Practice Cone FC . Saw the highlights on Ajax.nl . The footie was flowing and the passing looked glorious to behold. Wish I'd been there to witness several of those three and four person jailbreak goals. Last, it looks to me like Marko Pantelic isn't past it yet. I still think Ajax would be smart to negotiate an extension with him.
