Wolves want Forbs and hopefully we may actually get money .Medic is evidently being loaned to Bochum who have an option to pay just 3m .It says they will pay his salary of 1.5m but no way is he on that .There was a site that listed our salaries and Medic was on 500k .

Tahirovic and Wijndal will only go on loan and talk today Hoffenhiem want Gaaei but again will that be loan.

Kroes is doing a poor job with transfers . Sosa value 7m Medic 3m surely we can find clubs to pay such small amounts. Traore does not look fit and I bet he is on 2m plus.

Its going to take next summer as well to sort out the shambles of the last 2 summers.

PS Medic goes and we save 500k but Rugani will join and cost at least 2m. Kroes is a joke! Sutalo is staying ,we have 4 x LCD,Baas,Hato,Kaplan and Janse so where is Rugani going to play.

The Hato and Sutalo pairing was a disaster last season and Baas looks shaky so from that angle an experienced CD might make sense. I do wonder what the story is with Kaplan.

I just hope something happens with the MF, Fitz-Jim hasn’t impressed me yet, Henderson is too old to be a physical presence and you know what I think about Taylor…

I don't think any of this is Kroes's fault. Teams ae taking advantage of Ajax right now. Lots of teams including Ajax want to take players on loan rather than buy them. Had Mislintat done this last season, we could have easily off loaded players this summer by not buying them after the loan period. At lease with loans you get their salary (or part of depending on the agreement, off the books). Sosa did not even start in the Euros for Croatia and it's easy to see why nobody wants to buy a LB who cannot defend. Medic was a second division player who is too slow. The only players who have real value are those Ajax probably should not sell such as Sutalo and Gaaei. If Ajax decide to keep Bergwijn, then Forbs is surplus as Godts is better (also maybe better than Bergwijn). Wijndal was not a Mislintat purchase and has close to zero resale value. Tahirovic is mediocre and Ajax will be lucky to ge €1M or so. I still have not seen any prospective English teams asking for Akpom.

I hope that Farioli has some say in all this as he has to set the team sheet each match.

Maybe a bit harsh on Kroes as of course he is trying to clear up 2 summers mess.Sosa and Medic are contracted to 2028 so the teams taking them can then decide if they are worth taking over next summer and then only have to give out 3 year deals.If either player left permanently now they would insist on 4 year contracts.

Wijndal and Taahirovic will also go on loan,if we can find anyone. Misiintat and even the 2 H's in 2022 have been an utter disaster for Ajax

Giving out a load of moderate players 5 year contracts was the worst part of all.

The whole transfer market has changed. Outside of the EPL, most clubs now want to take players on loan with or without an option to buy. Direct purchase of players is really limited these days as far as I can tell. Madrid, PSG, and Bayern are perhaps the only exceptions right now. There are disgruntled players all around Europe who cannot make a move because nobody wants to pay the valuation (Chiesa of Juventus is a great example - NT winger who is quite good). Ajax are doubly cursed as prospective buyers know the club has financial issues right now and they are making lowball offers. The bad deals of the past two years will continue to haunt the club. There are some very good prospects in the Academy right now and if the club can manage to hang on and claw back third place things may get better.

There does seem a big demand for loans in football. Milan want Vos on loan and no way can we let this happen .He will only go for money but not 10m .As I have already posted Tahirovic Wijndal will go on loan ,also Unuvar.

Only players who may leave and we get money for are Gaaei or Rensch as one will go ,v d Boomen (dont expect any other Mf to go), Forbs,Akpom Bergwijn.

One sale today ,Olivier Aertssen Jong Ajax CD signs a 3 year contract plus a year option with PEC Zwolle .150,000 is the transfer fee although a resale % is likely.He got injured in the 2nd half of last season and now we have Ugwu, Bouwman and Verschuren who all play RCD.

Reading comments about Vos on the Dutch site and I really dont understand why we have to sell him to save money . We will get 6 or 7m and his salary is 500k. Meanwhile V D Boomen ,who adds little and is not going to be anything other than a sub, would fetch 6m or 7m and we can then save on his 2.3m salary.

Will be an interesting week but all the main countries deadline is Friday.Most of our work will have to be done by then. The extra time to the 2nd will just be a day when we loan out fringe players .

It seems quiet around Ajax at present and it wont be bad if we dont bring in Weghorst or Rosario.

I would only want either Forbs or Bergwijn to go as we have Godts also on the left wing, and we can buy a young right winger. Rensch ,who should have been given a deadline of early August to renew, can be sold and we get a decent RB ,Gaaei can stay. With Rensch had he still got a 2 year contract then maybe 8m or 9m could have been received but now we will lucky to get 2m .Another mistake by the club

Brobbey was subject to interest from Notts Forest but said no. They will struggle to stay up so no surprise. Only new players we want is Weghorst but what use is he when we have a poor MF

Fear of loans only, Unuvar to Espanyol and Wijndal has clubs to choose from. Tahirovic nothing and Akpom ,who has to go to make room for Weghorst nothing concrete. Expect an EPL side to pick him up on Friday for 10m.

Vos gone 3m plus 2m add ons

Forbs to Wolves on loan . 2.5m loan fee and if he makes 10 starts we get 13.5m .Paperwork still to go through.

Forbs transfer went through overnight 2.5m for the loan and 13.5m if he makes 10 starts.This is a good deal and the best we can hope for.

Still have to Monday to buy and sell but having been told we only buy when we sell why has Weghorst come in when Akpom is unsold. Maybe a Turkish or Greek side will take him on Monday.

Nobody wants Tahirovic and sadly nor do we but talk of Copenhagen on loan ,Danish market opens to Monday.If we get rid of him we will bring in a MF and Ziyech is mentioned. I would be more than happy to get him back if he is cheap.

At present we are now just like this day last year ie we have 3 strikers and no effective right winger and need a creative MF .Wijndal is still here but last year he left on the last day so hope he can go this time.

One last player to loan out on Monday is Rasmussen ,not good enough for the 1st and will get in the way of teenage talents at Jong.

Great news .Reading V d Boomen did not want to leave and Tahirovic has turned down sides.Sadly we are left with these 2 plus Mannsverk ,they are just sub material only and should never have been bought. 2.3 m pa for V d Boomen ,he has 3 years left and nobody else will pay such a stupid amount .

AS says Bergwijn will be paid 9M/year at his new club although I didn’t click so I’m not sure which currency. Crazy amount for a below average player but he’s set for life now so good luck to him.
