Subs used Kip for Aissati who injured his hamstring plus Boere for Bulykin and Arica for de Kamps. So in the end the only fit Jong players not used were the 2 goalies. Jong have a friendly on Friday v Volendam so expect a similar line up .

Marco Bizot who is out on loan this season came on for the Dutch U-21 team when the first team keeper Jeoren Zoet was sent off for taking the Austrian player down in the box. Bizot saved the resulting penalty as the Dutch preserved their 1-0 lead and won by that score.

That Dutch U 21 game had no current Ajax players as Blind was an unused sub . Bizot and Kappelhof both Jong Ajax last season played

Jong played a 1-1 draw at Heerenveen tonight . Evidently there were 17000 watching . Arica scored our goal but we had 2 red cards in the second half. de Sa 2 yellows and Kip a straight red . Lukoki and Koppers were missing on 1st team duty

2nd half subs Arica for Ebecilio and de Kamps for Serero . Serero proving his fitness but surprised that Ozbiliz did not have a run out as Saturday was his first football of any kind
for over a month. Sorry to see de Kamps only getting about 30 mins ,after all he was 1st team sub v Fword only last week.

Maybe with Aisatti's performance we can transfer him in January. I still don't understand why FdB is sour on him and he's a better midfielder than Lodeiro who has been a first team selection several times. Good to see Rits get on the scoreboard and Boere seems to be getting goals every match. Do you know where we are in the standings?

Orange 14 I looked up the table at Voetbal.nl ,its not on our official site. The table does not appear to include last nights results so including them we have 13 points and the top team Heerenveen has 16 points ,Twente have 15, Utrecht 14 and 4 others have 13 points .So we are doing ok .

Main thing is that our Jong squad have provided Lukoki,de Kamps,Koppers, Ligeon, and V Rhijn to first team squads so far (de Sa is an A1 youth) .Given Toivomaki and Veltman have not played this season due to injury and Kramer is only the Jong reserve goalie there are in fact only 5 other Jong squad left who have not featured in a first team squad this season ie Hahn, Rits,Kip,Boere,Arica. ( Aissati is a first teamer in my eyes and not some Jong Ajax kid like the above) That is not bad and is the purpose of the Jong team.

I liked Ozbiliz in the couple of times I saw him. I'd play him before I'd play Ebecilio -- at least he knows how to make an intelligent pass.

I think Ozbilitz will have to fill in at striker if de Jong is out for any prolonged period of time. Remember FdB was experimenting with him during the preseason (he's our version of Leo Messi, though clearly not as good unfortunately) and he brings a different dimension to the position.

A great win tonight 5-0 away to de Graafschap .Boere 2, Arica2, Lizardo1 were the scorers but with 3 regulars in the 1st team , the A1 team playing Aston Villa tomorrow in the Next Gen Series the vast majority of tonights team come from our A2 youth team

V d Wal ,V Duijn ,Lizardo,Hofland,Yaacoubi are all A2 regulars. Aissati played central defender.So a great result and great experience for these A2 youth players.

Bad news Jong lost 3-2 at home to Fword.The game was at lunchtime today in de Toekomst but no fans allowed.

Final score was 1-0 to AZ .A1 youth right back Nieuwpoort played the second half instead of Ligeon and Serero played the 2nd half for Ozbiliz.

El Ham was replaced 20 mins into the second half by Arica however he did not shake Arica's hand ,grabbed his top and walked off into the locker room.
I doubt whether the Jong team will want him in either of their remaining 2 games before Christmas.This is a very bad example to young pros.

Ajax have to get rid of this guy next month and if no one wants him we must pay him off.

Veltman came on as a sub for Busse near the end .He has been injured for months and it is his first appearance of the season. Kip for Ozbiliz was the other sub.

Thanks SPL for posting this. As per your other post today about players to loan out in January, I fully agree. We are finally starting a lot of youth on our Jong team but really don't know how they will perform at the Eredivisie level. Boere is scoring lots of goals at the Jong level but can he do it at the higher level. It was interesting to see Guidetti get his hat trick for Feyenoord yesterday as he's only 19; can Boere do the same???

I am not dutch speaking but follow news via google translate.You are right.

Boere has left Ajax and signed for Gent a 3.5 years contract. He scored in most games for Jong this season but when all our first team strikers were injured etc he did not get a sniff of a chance in the squad. In this last month Ajax have finally got around to contract renewals for youths and some Jong players but with his contract expriring next June he had not yet been offered anything .

I think this may have told him that he was not thought of very highly .He was told recently that de Boer thinks he has a future but Boere has quoted today that he does not think he has great prospects here and thus leaving . Surely Ajax should have extended and got him loaned out to another Eredivisie club . He needs to play at a higher level than Jong so has taken himself back to Flanders .

Born in Breda he grew up in Terneuzen in Zeeland and played for Gent until he was 14 when he joined Ajax so he is rejoining his old club.He is described as a Huntelaar type ie good in the area and a nose for goal .
