beer: karlovacko (recently bought by Heineken)
fountains: a lot from railway station (a small walk from bus station) to main square "ban josip jelacica" (bring your red colorants)
bus from airport: Croatia Airlines bus. to busstation (autobusni kolodvor) Costs 30 kuna (± 4 euro)
taxi from airport: Start 19,00 kn and 7,00 kn / 1km. airport is ± 15 kilometer from city center. watch out for cheating taxidrivers! agree on the price before driving.
trams from bus station to main square "ban josip jelacica": 6 (direct) and several others indirect (go north)
trams from bus station (autobusni kolodvor) to railway station (glavi kolodvor): 2 or 6 (or just walk)
trams from main square "ban josip jelacica" to stadium: 11 (direct) and several others indirect (go east)
trams from stadium after match: none!
bus/tram tickets: bought at kiosk: 6,50 kuna, 90 minutes validity. bought at bus/tram driver: 8,00 kuna. do not forget to stamp them in the orange machine!

Many thanks IJzeren Blub! We do have an English zone as well. You might want to start posting there if you don't speak any Dutch. It's not a problem to post in English in the Dutch zones as most (if not all) users are able to understand it enough but they probably won't respond in English all the time.
