We have noticed that Ajaxtalk does not always function very well with Internet Explorer 8. If you type too much text in the reply box the lines 'jump'.
We do have a few work arounds:
You can use a different browser like Safari, Firefox or Chrome
You can use the Compatibility View in Internet Explorer 8
