an early match against the table leader (and it's not PSV); who would have thought it!!!

Another tough match.

To say I am worried is an understatement. Although knowing Ajax, we will win 3-0, we will all get our hopes up and then lose to NEC the following week.

Question from dopey student that hasn't been paying full attention at the back of the class;

How many of the injured players are expected back by then?

I'd say one at least (Gabri), maybe two (Oleguer).
For Enoh, we should know tomorrow.

Gabri and Enoh in midfield... That would make for a much more solid and stable midfield.

Oleguer will be of vital importance in this defense.

Having those three back would make a hell of a lot of difference. Very important.

Are the three ready ??? things could get ugly with this team....

Gabri and Oleguer are in the squad but Enoh is still out for a week or 2

I am a bit more confident than I was yesterday. Don't know why. No rational reason in particular.

But it's gonna be one hell of a tough game. ArenA's sold out. Should be a good one. Very good to have Gabri and Oleguer back, but still plenty of injuries to worry about.

I am seriously p*ssed about not being about to get down for this one. I have too much travel coming up and couldn't afford/fit it in around that.

Think my next game will be PSV in November.

True, although it seemed pretty close to offside.

Suarez is very good.

And Vermeer sucks at crosses.

Whew! If we knew how to finish our chances and close the game out, this would have been much less nerve-wracking.
