I cant believe Philippe wants Blind to stay....come on man....the guy should leave on a high, well sort of, more of a consolation but I would like to give Danny the benefit of the doubt. Thanks alot...and good luck in your managerial career

CONGRATULATIONS AJAX!!!!!!!!! Way to keep fighting to the end!!!!!!!! Also,thanking every higher power I can think of that the Ajax brass had enough BRASS and sense :xyxthumbs: to bring in THE HUNTER! :worshippy: Not just for days like today,but for 16 goals in 17 league matches, his goal v. Inter,Gatorade Cup tallies,and the migraine headaches he causes the opposition!

GUTTED to see a fantastic servant like Tomas Galasek go out on a red card. It says something about his service, especially considering it's a transfers-gone-wild game today, that he is one of only 4 players left from the last time Ajax were the Bekerwinnaar. The 2001-02 jaarboek also lists Trabelsi,Heitinga, and Pienaar in that side.

If you put a dress on a pig , you have ...my last date. No, you have a poor 05-06 which, I can't figure out how, still has Ajax in the 3rd qualifying round AND winners of silverware.

Time to extend KJH 1 or 2 more years and price him at 15 mil or more so he's ours one or two more years. Then, enter our new coach, Stam, and Perez. Maybe more. I can't wait for July.

Huntelaar is such a one-man army. I can't believe how good he is. Let's hope he has some club spirit in himself, and that his feet will stay on the ground...

I can remind so many players losing all sense of reality after one good season and leaving for the big bucks... Most of the time to stay on the bench of an Italian team.

But well, in the end, quite a nice finish for such a CRAP season.
